We had a wonderful experience! The accommodation is exactly as in the photos: clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach and in a quiet area, perfect for resting. Juliana was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region.

We spent wonderful days in Rafael's apartment. The location is perfect, the beach beautifully preserved, the apartment strategically located. In our case it was perfect because we could work from home for a few moments while our daughters played in the sand of the beach and we could see them out the window. Rafael was attentive from the first contact, always attentive, kind, asking if we needed anything. The apartment has almost everything except for toilet paper, sheets and towels. Good pots, good cooking equipment and minimalist decoration, super clean and of extreme good taste. I hope we can come back one day.

I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever had. The apartment is exactly as advertised, everything is very clean and everything is new! Market, pharmacy, and close to some shops. If you want a family atmosphere and a quiet beach, Maranduba is a great tip! I felt at home and in addition to the quick service and flexibility of Rafaela and David, Adalberto who received us was very attentive and made us feel at ease. Ubatuba is always a delight to spend a few days and I hope to return very soon. Thank you for making this little corner so cozy for guests.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

The apartment is comfortable, the air conditioning helps a lot on hot days, it is very good for resting, as there is no noise from the city, it is very close to the beach and 2 restaurants. Because I don't have a 4x4 car, I found the access to be very bad, but I think it's the condominium's fault, the road is very bumpy. I recommend taking repellent, because it is close to the forest and there are a lot of mosquitoes. We liked it and we would definitely come back, because the beach is wonderful, one of the best I've ever been to.

Kenji is a great host! The house is great, just like the photos! Leia, who attended us, is impeccable and very friendly.

I spent a week at Victor's house and it was perfect. The house is very pleasant with lots of natural light, balcony space with barbecue, hammock, lots of nature. The kitchen is super well equipped and met all my needs. The living room has huge TV and comfortable sofa that were great for watching a movie at the end of the day, the internet worked really well. The bedroom is large, with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is also spacious and was spotless. And of course the best part is the red beach that is a few meters away from the house. I loved my stay and hope to come back again and again.

The house is an oasis! The beach is practically deserted. For those looking for a quiet spot, this is the ideal one. We love spending the weekend. We relax and enjoy with family.

We stayed for 20 days and it was simply wonderful! The house was super clean, organized, and every detail was thought out with great affection. The place is a peace, calm, quiet, perfect to rest and recharge. The kitchen is complete, with all the utensils we need, we made practically every meal at home. The shower is good, the bed is super comfortable, and the backyard is perfect, great space, especially for those who have a dog, ours fell in love with the space. Besides, it's all very safe, with no risk of escape. Another amazing detail is that you can hear the sea from inside the house and even see a little piece of it, a delicious experience! The house is very airy, surrounded by nature, but without that invasion of insects. 20 perfect days without any complaints. Hosts are amazing, always mindful of our well-being, giving tips and taking care of everything with great care. The place is also very well located and quiet. We love and will return for sure.

Flávia was super attentive from the moment I closed the house, provided all the information and guidance. The house is very nice, even better than the pictures. The look you have of the beach and the Atlantic Forest is wonderful. The house is super well-equipped, I think one of the most complete that I have been with regard to kitchen utensils. As previously reported, the house is actually on a slope, I do not recommend it for people with limited mobility or the elderly. The only inconvenience - which escapes from the control of flavia - was that on the day of arrival it was raining, so we had difficulty getting up with the cars, we had to take all the bags and climb on foot, and only after that we were able to climb the car to the house. We had an amazing weekend, I'll definitely be back!

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.
