Holiday rentals with a patio in Natividade da Serra

Accommodation exactly as in the pictures, meeting our expectations well. Local quiet, clean, containing AC in the room and being able to take our pets. Located near the Lagoinha beach (we used to walk) and with grocery, fish and ice cream on the way. Both Juciara and son Rodrigo were very helpful and helpful. We intend to come back more often.

Perfect house, all great, and the education of very good hosts, we will be back for sure.

The Pool Facing Apartment, beautiful. The condominium is close to the beach, and is a link with nature close to the mountains. A safe place, great for family. Worth a lot. We'll be back again.

We reached the site and were greeted with a treat, the children loved it. Everything was very clean and very organized, it was undoubtedly the best accommodation we have ever been, had everything we needed and a little more rs, the organization is undoubtedly surprising, we enjoyed the beaches we went to Maranduba, Sapê that is close to the apê, in addition to the lagoon, we walked bananas and kayak, we went to the Renata waterfall and simply love, we went to the restaurant dinner, we had lunch etc.. In short I recommend and can stay without fear. Congratulations Edna for the excellent service my family and I had a memorable experience.

The accommodation was extremely clean and organized, the space accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was complete with utensils and everything you need to cook your meals. The amphritrians were extremely gentle, they always responded quickly and answered all the questions we had, as well as thinking about every detail for our comfort. The condmínio is safe, very quiet and quiet, perfect for those looking for a place to rest. Anyway the hosting surprised us a lot in all respects, it would definitely be on it again!!!!

The apartment is very good, all very clean and organized! Iara always answering our doubts and always being receptive. No ap has only the ceiling fans, and it was very hot, we suffered a little with it, we did not take a fan because the voltage was 110, and where we live is 220. If you can, I recommend you bring a fan. Other than that, nothing to score, only to really thank for Iara's stay!

I am grateful for the affectionate way we were received by Celio and Helotes in the apartment! My stay was wonderful and I felt truly at home. A dream house! All very well cared for, with lots of vegetation, beautifully decorated and very clean! We were delighted with every detail of the house. The suites are very cozy, with air conditioning, mattresses and comfortable pillows. Very clean bathrooms with good showers. The kitchen is complete with all the essentials a home needs, including a support refrigerator in the service area. Barbecue area is complete. The children loved the ping pong table. The house is very close to the beach, with less than 3 minutes walk. Enzo was very polite and attentive, always responding very quickly and seeking to answer questions and help with every demand requested. We will definitely return more often! For the house to be fully complete, I suggest a dishwasher in the kitchen as it would make life easier for the guest without having to spend a lot of time in the dishes. But it's just a suggestion. Nothing that diminishes the perfection of the home and satisfaction of our stay.

We spent the Easter holiday there. The house is exactly as advertised. We met all our expectations. The beach just near the house, at the end of the street, beautiful.. Jéssica and her husband, always very attentive and friendly with us. We will return more often for sure.

Casa marvellous house, my family and I were completely in love and very comfortable, the house is exactly like in the photo, we love every corner. Another positive point is the beach, besides beautiful it is very close to the condominium, leaving the condominium is only to cross the highway (and it is safe). It was great our passage through the house, well distributed rooms, accommodated the 19 people who were together. Kitchen with all the utensils possible to make food for the qtyd of people it accommodates, all rooms with working air conditioning, laundry with washing machine at our disposal. Everyone loved it.

The stay at the beach house was simply perfect! The place is cozy, well decorated and super well equipped, exactly as in the pictures. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach. Great accommodation, everything well organized, clean, kitchen utensils, smart TV with Netflix, fans in all rooms, clean and airy place… good internet for home office, safe and quiet place. Silvia was always available to assist us, we loved our days in Ubatuba, we felt at home.

The stay in Maranduba in the corner of the sun was excellent! I recommend 100%! We spent wonderful days there. The apartment is a cute, all equipped (everything you need to cook, comfortable beds, great showers!) and extremely clean and well taken care of. The Tb condominium is great, friendly and with a swimming pool, located in a quiet street. Maranduba beach is nearby, as well as a supermarket and restaurants! Other beautiful beaches are nearby, it is worth following the tips of Carol and Davi who know the region well and bring with mta sympathy great tips. We will definitely return to the corner of the sun!!! Hopefully soon :)

Excellent experience. Very clean, organized apartment, equipped kitchen and we didn't miss anything. The condominium is very quiet, and Isadora responded to us whenever necessary, and kindly allowed flexibility in check in/out.

I was not attended by Mariana, but this did not hinder anything, as the person who was responsible for receiving us was cordial, kind and very polite, always making herself available to answer questions.

The stay was wonderful. Sandra was super flexible and communicative, and clearly is very careful with the house as everything was very clean and in great condition. The site has several beds, it was super quiet to stay in 8 people. Super close to the beach, a 10-minute walk to the pond.
