We stayed in an apartment (Almrose) for two weeks and were really very satisfied! It is well located and the beds were very cozy. In the apartment there is everything you need and even a really nice and large balcony. We had a wonderful time and especially Manuela was really very very kind and accommodating. We can only recommend booking an apartment there for a perfect holiday. Looking forward to the next time!

Our stay at Judith's place was great. We visited in the low season, so it was very very quiet and idyllic. Within a short time you can reach a lot of hiking trails. The place was clean and as pictured. The amenities were also as advertised and made our stay easier. If Austria did not have so many other exciting corners to discover in addition to Maria Alm, we would come back anytime. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and absolutely loved it!! We felt right at home, the space was lovely and cosy, and we especially loved the kitchen and bathroom (with a bath)! A highlight was definitely the beautiful view of the mountains from the kitchen and living area, I could sit and look out the window for hours at the rain and shifting clouds. Annija, the co-host, was super friendly and welcoming from the first moment. She was proactive, helpful, very responsive to messages and a great communicator. Truly an amazing host! The apartment is also in a great location, close to the train station, supermarkets and shops. St Johann im Pongau was a great base for hiking and exploring the surrounding mountains, with hikes starting very close by. So grateful for such a wonderful and memorable stay here — we would love to be back!

Beautiful accommodation in super surroundings. Really helpful provided advice re local area . Very very quiet area , only negative is limited options for cafes and dinning out. Beware the local bus drivers , make sure you know where you are going as short on patience.
