My pretty apartment is suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. It is located about 3 km from the city center, in a quiet location. Within walking distance, 1 km away, are the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy and others for daily needs. The center can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is also not allowed.

Mini Loft - East Center - 5-minute walk to the main station

The Löftchen is located - directly adjacent to the city center - in the former publishing house in the historic Graphic Quarter. Within walking distance: the architecturally impressive old town, Gewandhaus, opera house and St. Thomas Church... Shopping, restaurants & stops right on site. The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5% of the total cost and must also be paid in cash by the guest during the stay.

I especially appreciate the proximity to Leipzig city center (about 11 min by tram), to the New Fair (8 min by car) and to a forest-like park (2 min walk), the green oasis 💚 right outside the front door. In my spacious roof garden, you can relax over the rooftops of the city and unwind. PS: My bedroom has a ceiling fan.
