Welcome to my cozy apartment in the east of Leipzig: On 73 square meters you will find three rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious, green balcony with seating to relax. Lovingly decorated with plants, books, vintage furniture and instruments, it invites you to feel good. There are many shopping opportunities: supermarkets as well as small and hip neighborhood shops with charm. The lively railway street with numerous cafés, bistros and bars is also right around the corner.

My pretty apartment is suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. It is located about 3 km from the city center, in a quiet location. Within walking distance, 1 km away, are the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy and others for daily needs. The center can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is also not allowed.

An inviting rooftop terrace features a mix of potted plants and greenery, providing a natural touch. Comfortable seating areas, including a garden sofa, overlook the surrounding rooftops. Sun shades offer relief from direct sunlight, creating a pleasant space for relaxation.

Dear guests, welcome to my apartment: fully equipped, cozy, bright, spacious (about 55 sqm).... I especially appreciate the proximity to Leipzig city center (about 11 min by tram), to the New Fair (8 min by car) and to a forest-like park (2 min walk), the green oasis 💚 right outside the front door. In my spacious roof garden, you can relax over the rooftops of the city and unwind. PS: My bedroom has a ceiling fan.
