Unser Kernhof liegt idyllisch, ein herrlich ruhiges Plätzchen, abseits von Durchzugsverkehr und doch zentral für Ausflüge in die Berge, oder in die nahe liegende Bischofsstadt Brixen. In unserem Park gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Verweilen (Kinderspielplatz, Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Trampolin). Auf Anfrage (bitte vor Anreise anfragen) genießt ihr Frühstück und Abendessen in der Ferienpension "Zummüllerhof" gleich daneben. Im Sommer veranstalten wir wöchentlich Grillabende.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. There is no air-conditioning. BrixenCard is included.

Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. Stand on the balcony and take in the breathtaking mountain Alpine panorama. Here, you can finally unwind and just kick back. The BrixenCard is included.

Die Lage: Stufels (ältester Stadtteil von Brixen), mit engen kopfsteingepflasterten Gassen und malerischen Baubestand, steht fast gänzlich unter Denkmalschutz. Das Apartment liegt direkt bei der idyllischen Promenade entlang des Eisacks mit historischen, bunten Häusern sowie der Parkanlage "Rappanlagen".

Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

Questo appartameno ha una stanza da letto (letto matrimoniale, letto singolo + culla neonato), cucina con divano-letto (senza lavastoviglie), Tv, grande balcone al sud...nel bagno ce anche una piccola lavatrice....Ideale per la coppia con bambini piccoli :)

Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

Stroll through the old town of Brixen. Explore hiking and cycling trails and the nearby ski areas.

Chalet "Isarcus" with private sauna

Lean back and relax. The Isarcus vacation apartment offers a private sauna (Finnish sauna, steam sauna and infrared), a double room, a living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower and a loggia with garden furniture for relaxing. Your car is safely stored in the underground garage and a separate room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before you crawl under the cozy blanket in the mill.
