Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. The Havel region with its historic towns and numerous waterways is particularly inviting for hiking and cycling. A garage is available for motorcyclists. The furnishings are comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. You have a small enclosed garden. You could also camp there. Everything Brandenburg has to offer is right outside the front door. Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

Small but nice, this well-kept apartment with about 40 sqm is near Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. It is located in the basement and is fully equipped. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A private shower room and a spacious wardrobe are also available. Parking is available in front of the house. A jump into Lake Schlachtensee is possible on foot.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
