With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Our single-family home is located on the southwestern edge of the city center in Seenähe with swimming opportunities. It is about 5 km to Highway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 meters away. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The network of bike paths is well developed, and a restaurant serving meals is within walking distance, about 250 meters away.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.
