Immaculate Regency end unit with incredible views!

Please note that, due to Airbnb's new policy, our rates are inclusive of all fees - 18% goes back to Airbnb in fees. We've gone to great lengths with extensive renovations to make our condo feel like a full 5-star experience! There are several things that set our unit apart from others, especially the incredible views in two directions! Add in beach chair service (March through October) and recent renovations, and you have one of the best beach vacation experiences imaginable!

Impeccably furnished GROUND FLOOR one bedroom unit DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH with PRIVATE ACCESS to the sugar white sand beaches and emerald waters of The Gulf of Mexico. The unit is located on Okaloosa Island, walking distance to restaurants and attractions, about 6 miles to Destin and 16 miles to Miramar Beach. 3 adult limit. Sorry, no pets. Please note that the building exterior is currently being re-sided (Jan, '26), so the building will be "Zen blue" in a month or so.

Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.
