One of the best listings I've ever stayed in for Airbnb. The apartment is beautiful, super cautious, beautiful decoration, cozy rooms, full kitchen, large living room with good ventilation and facing the sunrise which makes the experience even more amazing. The visual is to take the breath away with wide view to the sea and street that is quiet. We have left our disposal beach chairs and Guarda sun that helped us a lot because the rental of them on the beach ends up being a little expensive. Around there are bars and places like market and bakery. Jennifer has proven to be an excellent host always asks our questions and requests. Always kind and with a wonderful energy. I'll definitely be back just to be accommodated in the same place. Thank you very much Jennifer for welcoming us to your city.

We stay in a simply wonderful house! Impeccable in every detail — extremely clean, organized, full of charm and comfort. The structure was complete, with everything we needed and a little more. Best of all? Foot in the sand! We woke up to the sound of the sea and, in a few steps, we had our feet on the beach. A true paradise! The children had too much fun, could play freely in the sand, run, explore... It was a rest for the adults and pure joy for the little ones. The place is amazing, super quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy unforgettable days with the family. We want to go back now!

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, 24-hour laundry. Valeu every penny, and Dona Detinha is a lovely person, always at your disposal and an immeasurable affection. We will definitely come back another time.

Very clean and organized place, faithful to the description and photos. Camila is very available. The house has several utensils. There were 9 of us and we were able to be comfortable, mainly because of the outdoor space

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We love the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!
