Good Location - Very Clean - Nice Host

We enjoyed our time at Liz's lakefront condo. The views of Lake Maggiore from the living room/dining room and balcony are stunning. The location is peaceful, less crowded than the Piedmont side of the lake (Arona, Stresa, etc) but still has plenty to offer: good restaurants, historical sites, a beautiful promenade, and ferry service. The condo's private beach hadn't yet opened for the season during our stay. The listing and pictures are accurate. The unit is spotless and cozy with a decent kitchen, smart TV, and super comfortable bed. Our free parking spot was across the street next to the condo's private beach. Liz and her husband Alessandro are friendly, gracious, responsive and helpful hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was and how things worked in the condo. They also had good suggestions for places to eat and visit. Liz checked in with us a few times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. With four adults and two young children we had plenty of room and so enjoyed having the lake on our doorstep and the kayaks. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this very lovely apartment for a weekend getaway. We greatly appreciated the modernity and cleanliness of the apartment, everything was perfect. The view is breathtaking, it's a slice of paradise.

nice space!! beautiful view and it's amazing to have private access to the lake. Only downsides: you need to bring own bedsheets, towels and also kitchen towels - the beds are not that comfortable and on busy days you hear the road (especially the motorbikes). But overall awesome place and amazing value for the price!

My family and I decided at the last time to go for a tour of Lake Maggiore and stop there to sleep, just for one night. As soon as the destination was located and then the house, despite the very little advance notice of the reservation request, we found the apartment as described. Mr. Mariano, contacted us in no time. Once we arrived at the place, his wife welcomed us, very kind! He showed us the house and explained some things and then, at the time of the greetings he also gave us some directions on where to find places to dine. She was really courteous. At the time of the evening departure, he presented himself in a very small problem with the opening of the common gate and Mr. Mariano, along with his very kind wife, immediately resolved the small inconvenience. The kindness and courtesy they showed us, also making us find sweet and pleasant thoughts, unfortunately it is not always found. Thanks again!!! Highly recommended

Our extended family (3 couples + 1 child) stayed here for 1 week. We never met Gianfrancesco, but communication was great and helpful. We were delayed at arriving at the house, but Gianfrancesco was very understanding and the housekeeper met us at the place in the evening when we arrived. The place is fantastic. Sits on the lake with a little private pier we used for swimming. The house itself is beautiful. It consists of 3 bedrooms for adults (1 with an attached private bathroom), 1 bedroom for kids, 2 more shared bathroom, and a common area consisting of a kitchen, dining area sofas to relax (as well as a nice balcony). There's great A/C in each room and the common area which we used since it was quite hot during our stay. The place is also well equipped with a washer, drier and a dishwasher. There's lots of parking space (we had 2 cars). The place is amazing for kids since it has an insane amount of toys and a lot of room to play. The little one had a blast. Overall, great stay

One week stay with two sets of grandchildren. Very nice house with extra living room downstairs for two small children. Super happy finding some toys. Very attractive house and garden with lakeside swimming and SUP etc toys. Short travels to nice small town at Lago Maggiore and Varese, but really enjoyed just being in the villa and garden some days. Super nice vacation!

Viviana welcomed us super friendly and with many tips for the area. Check in and check out were flexible and the apartment is as beautiful as in the pictures. What you need to know is that the apartment is directly above 2 cafés, which is why it is sometimes (especially in the morning) quite loud. The kitchen was clean but very sparsely equipped. But we would definitely come back anytime :)

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and located in a beautiful area with the lake just outside the door. I stayed here with my friends and we are all satisfied. I thank Sonia for her availability and kindness, who made us feel at home and gave us all the information we needed to orient ourselves in the area. We came there for an event in the village, but I would gladly go back to simply spend a quiet weekend with friends.

Roberta and Paul were exceptional hosts in every way. Their flat is right in the center of Monza with so much to do and see just a few steps away. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The stay with Sonia and Maurizio was super nice, they are very helpful and friendly. We had a car breakdown and we were helped directly, Maurizio even drove us to the workshop, thank you for that. 🙏🏽 The location of the apartment is beautiful right on the lake, a private gate allows access to the waterfront, the view from the dining table breathtaking, I can really only recommend the place! Thank you for everything 🤩

A small place, but with everything you could need (minus Wi-Fi). Giuseppe was super helpful and answered all questions very quickly. He gave wonderful tips and was so friendly. There is a nice beach a few minutes walk away and beautiful towns all around. Parking on site is a huge plus!

Davide sent us the location and received us at the gate. We arrived late and he had already picked up breakfast for us the next morning. After a clear explanation of the stay, davide gave us the key and was always easily accessible for questions. The place was incredibly clean and the tennis court is a nice addition. We really had a top holiday!

We loved our stay in Merate. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Giorgio and his wife were so kind. We needed to do laundry and they helped us get it started and folded it for us. It was such a kind gesture. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!
