Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Naviglio Pavese

I stayed at this flat in Milan for 4 nights while attending a conference at Allianz MiCo, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is super convenient—just a 20-minute walk to the venue. The flat itself is beautiful: the kitchen and living area are spacious, with all new furniture and appliances. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine for my morning coffee. When the pods turned out to be decaf, the host even went out of her way to buy regular ones for me—such a thoughtful gesture! What truly stood out was the host’s exceptional hospitality. Despite my very late arrival, she came to meet me and show me the flat at 1:30am, which really shows how available and caring she is. Coming back to such a lovely and comfortable flat after a long day at the conference was a real pleasure. She was incredibly nice, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Highly recommended!

Luca is a great host. Well communicated and responsive. He always answer your questions quick within a few minutes. Give excellent recommendations to restaurants and all attractions. The property is located conveniently near central train station in walking distance. Close to the metro line and the airport express bus. Extremely happy to be able to find this for our vacation.

A really modern and spacious apartment with top end fixtures and fittings. Good size bedrooms and very comfy beds and lovely modern bathrooms with large showers. Very safe neighbourhood and great for walking to the exhibition centre where we were working but Metro link just around the corner. Great to have a decent supermarket right next door (literally). Our only gripes were the lack of sun in the outside spaces which were dark and shaded by upper floors and a lot of noise from early on coming from renovation project next door but no fault of Michele’s. Altogether a great place to stay.

The accommodation is super well-equipped, very clean, spacious and pleasant It is easily accessible (different metro stations nearby) and opposite a supermarket. The kitchen is super nice and functional. The only negative point would be the noise for this apartment on the first floor of a building that overlooks a busy road. Earplugs recommended.

A very friendly and welcoming family. Entry to the house is easy via smartphone at any time. Miriam, Cristiano, and their two lovely daughters showed true Italian hospitality, inviting me several times for dinner, aperitivo, and even a hike. The house is beautifully located in the mountains, with a short drive to Lecco. Not ideal for daily trips to Milan, but perfect for nature lovers and those who value warm hosts and a comfortable stay.

My stay at this apt was fantastic! Everything matched the description perfectly, and the location was convenient—close to the metro. The lovely terrace was a highlight, ideal for relaxing. The decor was stylish and cozy. The host was incredibly helpful, assisting me in buying flowers for my friend's birthday. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

What a cute place! It’s super easy to get to and super nice. The shower had plenty of room (i’m 6’5). The whole set up was very well done and bed was comfy, AC’s worked very well! It felt safe and was really just our best stay so far in Italy (I’ve stayed at 5 other airbnbs in Italy). It was close to shops, restaurants, and fun bars. It was on a lively low car traffic street, but you’d never know from the room -it was Very quiet inside. I loved it.

A lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place slightly further away from the city center.

Everything is great, don’t hesitate

We had a wonderful stay with Giovanni and Aleksandra. Everything was very good, from start to finish. Possible errors were pointed out and corrected as early as the booking stage. Everything went really smoothly, they responded quickly and helped with any questions. Sandra was already waiting for us on site and then warmly welcomed us into the apartment with many sweet, small attentions. About the apartment: Small but nice. Clean, bright and nice and cool (thanks to the air conditioning). Not to be forgotten is the balcony with the wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. The direct connection to the lake is really convincing. 5 min. walk to a free meadow directly on the lake. Every evening, we jumped into the sea and then cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Sandra was available to us for many more tips. We had a great stay and enjoyed the vacation very much!!

The stay was excellent! Everything was as listed and the place stayed nice and cold with the AC. Would recommend!

Franco has a lovely home. It was spacious and 4 of us lived there easily. He was also responsive to my messages. The only thing was wasn't perfect was that one of the shutter blinds in one of the rooms was broken, so it was very bright early in the morning. Otherwise, everything was as described. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We loved this condo! The big floor to ceiling windows with automatic blinds, the huge TV and the fully stocked kitchen made our stay extremely comfortable. This unit is not ground floor but the building has an elevator. Our rental vehicle was an Audi SUV and did not fit in the garage but there was always plenty of street parking. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance , and a grocery store a few blocks away. We did not want to stay in Milan so this location was perfect for our itinerary and closer to Malpensa airport.
