We are on Capitol Hill, a short walk to the US Capitol, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and the National Mall with its iconic memorials, Smithsonian Museums and National Gallery of Art. Half a block away is Eastern Market, an historic indoor food market open 6 days a week. On the weekends it expands with outdoor farm stands and vendors selling crafts and other goods. Within blocks are many restaurants, shops and the Metro. If you need parking, please ask us for a free permit. Thank you!

Three blocks from metro and 3 bike share stations nearby. Great grocery stores too. Nice Safeway and Trader Joe's within walking distance and a Whole Foods a bit further. Easy walk to Eastern Market too. Great launch spot for all that DC has to offer.

Upon our arrival, this location was easy to find & exactly where the host described it would be. Free street parking & peaceful neighborhood. The hosts, especially Ryne, responded promptly when we reached out every time. The hosts were very communicative since the beginning. They were very accommodating when it came to anything we needed. We would love to come back & stay again in the future!

Sam and Jamal were two of the most accommodating people I have ever done business with. They were very responsive, very helpful in getting me a parking pass at the last minute. They even left us a local beer in the fridge for when we got there. Lots of places to go around there all very easily walkable and a very safe neighborhood. The inside was beautiful and everything we needed and more was there for us. Hands down the best people and one of the best places I have ever stayed. Will definitely come back!

Location was ideal for the purpose of my trip. I had to drive to daily work conference, but street parking in April was easier than I had expected - some nights I was even in front of the building! When not working, the place was great for walking, exploring and metro riding! Great food and yoga studio nearby. Place was very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom easy to move in and hosts were very responsive. Great place!

Stella was helpful, easy check in. This placed had a pool and a gym. Very friendly front Desk workers. This apartment was clean and comfortable. The location of this Airbnb was close to everything we needed to see (close to the Metro). We were able to go to watch The Nationals baseball team play, went to the National Mall and Memorial Parks, Ghost tour, Smithsonian National Zoological Park, Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, and a concert at The Festival Grounds at RFK (Using the Metro to get around). Lots of restaurants around the area. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Washinton DC. Had a wonderful time in Washington DC. Thank you Stella Lux

Lindsay's place was perfect for our 2-night stay. It was squeeky clean and comfortable. Lindsay was most accommodating and gave us some great tips for parking, touring, and getting around D.C. Lindsay's place was on the 2nd floor of her home, and she lives on the first floor. You enter thru a private entrance in the front, and the room and home was private and quiet. The bathroom is shared with one other guest room, although no one was there so we had the bathroom all to ourselves. Parking was directly in front of the house, which is on a cul de sac. Lindsay is an exceptional host. We'd love to stay with her again.
