This place was great. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to the metro station, so we could sightsee in DC. Old Town is cute with a huge variety of restaurants and shops to visit. Alicia and Dan were very prompt to answer any questions we had.

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures and was very cozy. Luam even reached out during our stay to ensure everything was going well. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely return.

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. Perfect stay for a large group! Lots of rooms! Lots of beds! 3.5 baths is clutch!!!! And affordable!!!! Also, the water pressure was amazing! We’ll have to come back when we can use the pool! Thanks so much!

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

I think this was a wonderful place no problems at all just at the end when we was accused of something that was not when we went around we mop and everything and it was not but overall I really liked him

We had a wonderful stay at Catherine and Barry’s place. The location was perfect—just steps from the popular 8th Street corridor with tons of great dining and local spots, and an easy walk to Nationals Park for game day. The home was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a nice visit. Catherine and Barry were friendly, with excellent communication from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area!

Overall, our stay was nice. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. We had some trouble finding the entrance and almost thought we were at the wrong place, but the door is kind of tucked away next to the barber shop. The code for the door wasn't listed under the check-in instructions, but V responded very quickly so we were able to get in by the time we arrived. It's fairly close to the National Mall, Nationals Park, and downtown DC, but we didn't feel super safe walking around the immediate area. Fortunately, there's a lot of scooters, bikes, and Uber drivers, as well as a trolley. It can be a little noisy, especially on the side facing the street. But the doors and windows drown a lot of it out. Comfortable beds, cleanliness, and decent water pressure in the shower all made it worth it. And the Nespresso and provided snacks were nice little extras.

We loved being able to easily walk to the Air and Space Museum and the wharf. The paid parking space was great. We had a wonderful time exploring DC from this home base.

This space was perfect for what I was looking for. Very easy to locate, extremely clean and the host was very responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Would definitely rebook if I’m back in the area. Thank you again!

Charming old house in beautiful DC neighborhood, fun to walk and enjoy local restaurants. House was well furnished, cozy and comfortable with great beds and linens and lovely kitchen. Great experience…highly recommend.

We came down for a music festival at RFK stadium. this was perfect for two adult couples. the bathroom is very big with a spa style grand shower. there is a small kitchen area and two bedrooms. the concept is open so if you need private bedrooms you might not like this setup. for us it was great. the unit was the perfect size, easy to find, has a secure parking spot off the street and is a good value. its near metro. numerous places to eat nearby. I would gladly stay again.

Super charming home in a great location! The renovations on this classic Victorian are top notch with high end appliances and furnishings. Bathrooms are all renovated and modern. Kitchen is very well stocked with EVERY item you could possibly need including extra beverage drawers, two ice makers and a wine fridge. (Do note that the microwave is small so heating anything in a large dish won't work.) Linens are good quality and in good condition. Beds very comfortable. (Do keep in mind that the 4th bedroom in the attic, due to the ceiling height isn't suitable for tall people but kids would probably think it's cool) The screened porch and patio are very private and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Westover Village is a less than 1/2 mile walk and offers restaurants, a bakery, ice cream shop, pharmacy, hardware store, post office and library. (I highly recommend Thai Noy and the pizza and subs from The Italian Sore.) West Falls Church Metro Station is just a 10 minute drive

Cute, quaint, cozy and lovely! Everything about this stay is very well thought out. From the cucumber infused face wash mask to the tasty snacks (crackers, chocolate, etc) and beverages (including wine, beer, club, soda, soda, bagels, waffle) to the comfy robes and slippers, this place is easily ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Location was great and there is a parking pass to use! Lori was very punctual with conversation and very flexible as well! Highly recommend!

I felt right at home. The host was responsive and friendly. Very private and comfortable. Definitely looking forward to booking his stay in the future.

Great stay! Marc has a spacious home, very clean, easy check-in. Communication was great. The built in sound system and record player was a nice touch. One thing to be aware of is the home is directly across the street from a freeway, which wasn’t a problem for us but may be for some. Noise wasn’t an issue. Would also be great if we could’ve had access to a washer and dryer. Overall very positive experience at an affordable price.

This place was great! Exactly what we needed and the private parking space is a huge win. The backyard is very private and quite lovely. My only note would be that the house was lovely but clearly in an area that’s in transition. I’m not sure I’d have wanted to stay there all by myself as a woman. But as we weren’t alone it felt fine. Nothing strange occurred it just wasn’t the best surrounding neighborhood. I’d stay here again with friends though! For sure! Lovely home, cozy, comfy, clean, and spacious.

Erin’s Airbnb is fantastic! It is located in a great location walkable to Union Station, Capitol Hill, and many restaurants and sights. The home is attractive, immaculate, spacious and quiet. The home has a great layout with bedrooms separated. The host is responsive, welcoming, and lovely to work with. This home is a 10!

Joshua is an excellent host and had great communication before and during our stay. We had a nice trip at their space and it worked well for our group’s travel needs. The Airbnb is as pictured and was really nice!
