Family-friendly holiday rentals in Neahkahnie Beach

This house was the perfect space for our large family. With two adults and six kids, there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep and share meals together. Clean, lots of natural light, and a great host to communicate with....we could not have asked for a better weekend. Thanks, Kristin!

Awesome house! Exactly as pictured, beds are comfy, very clean, awesome view & that toilet , WOW. Never a cold seat! Phone chargers by every bed, a telescope and fans. We had such a great time, enjoyed morning tea & coffee on the balcony watching waves of the ocean and sea birds. Very short walk to the beach and it is amazing. Went on a Tillamook tour, ate at the Beef & Brew and at the food truck park. Both were great! Drove up the coast one day to Canon Beach and shopped, saw the Haystack rock. There’s a lighthouse very close we visited and got a tour of. We went on two hikes close by. We enjoyed the streaming services on the tv. My son introduced me to the Marvel movies on Disney+, we watched several. Then we played several games of ping pong in the garage. The hot tub is amazing looking! We have sensitive skin so we didn’t get in but it’s very inviting. There were snacks, tea and coffee we enjoyed in a nicely stocked kitchen. Would not hesitate to come again!

We had a pluming issue during our stay. It was a minor inconvenience for our kids but didn't affect my wife and me. :-) Having said that, Malia (and Arnie) were very prompt in their communications and extremely courteous. They contacted the owner and we received partial refund for the inconvenience. We ended up also receiving a GREAT prime rib dinner from Ruby's. We played games on the lawn in the back and used the fire pit. (great way to recycle!) Walked the beach every day. Very nice and friendly community. We visited several sites on historical interests also. Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The community beach nearby is perfect for a sunset, and the hot tub was lovely! The listing is right by the golf course but privacy was not an issue

Absolutely magical! Our stay at Ken’s stunning Victorian home was truly the stuff of romantic dreams. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were transported to another era.  Every detail was a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Ken’s home is impeccably maintained, spotless, and filled with thoughtful amenities and antiques that made our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights was the expansive wrap-around porch with sweeping views of the Columbia River, an ideal spot for morning coffee or a peaceful evening unwind. Ken was a gracious and attentive host, and it’s clear he takes great pride in sharing this beautiful home with his guests.  THANK YOU!

Fantastic spot. On the top of a large hill so it's a little private and has an incredible view. The layout is perfect for a couple of families to share without getting in each other's way, and there's a wonderful place for kids (or big kids) to play downstairs. The upstairs den is wonderful, with gorgeous views and comfortable furniture for lounging. Everything's clean, well appointed and wonderful. Netarts itself is small, but it's only 10 minutes from Tillamook, which has everything you could need. And you can wander up and down the coast from there quite well.

Let me just say, WOW! Bright, clean, spacious and everything we could have wanted for our trip. Such a close proximity to the ocean with still being in a quiet neighborhood and close to town. Kelly was super kind and responsive and was able to answer the few questions we had during our stay. Plenty of amenities and space to spread out in the house. Hot tub was clean and hot! Kid friendly with plenty to do in the house if you aren’t exploring outdoors. 10/10 would book this home again!

We loved this Arch Cape home! Seeing the photos inside of this historic space, were so interesting. Loved the walkway to the beach, and sitting on the swing at night. A wonderful touch was having available firewood, to enjoy the beautiful fireplace. Our stay was very peaceful, and every amenity we needed. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us.

Well equipped, cute cottage style house a few minutes walk to a great beach. Close to shops and restaurants and yet completely quiet for a good nights sleep. Host communicated very well. I would choose to stay here again,

Loved the stay at the cabin!! It was spacious, had great wifi, the sound of the running creek was very relaxing. We had a little fire down at the creek one evening in their fire pit, it was bliss. Highly recommend, it is a good base camp to explore Lincoln city or go to the casino. Will definately be back

This was our second time staying at the Barnacle. Arch Cape is a great central location to Cannon beach and Manzanita. The beach seems private, we had it all to ourselves a few times. Very peaceful location with a very short, flat walk to the beach. Amazing tide pools and stream to explore at low tide. The beach cottage is rustic which adds to the charm and experience. We started a fire in the stone fireplace and played board games on a rainy evening. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. John was kind and helpful. We’d love to stay here again.

Our stay was perfect. I can see now why this place is so popular in the area. Descent go the beach is close to the property and worth all of the steps. The actual house is amazing and incredibly well-kept. If it went on the market, we would buy it as our forever home. As for Chris, we have nothing but positives to say. He was kind, responsive, and understood that our arrival was impacted by an unforeseen circumstance. He helped us feel welcome and supported, while giving complete, peaceful privacy.

It was great to stay at Cathi's house! Beautiful views over the ocean - and the sea fog. Very personal space, which I always look for in an Airbnb. Lot's of books, great kitchen, good shower. We used the house as a base to explore the Oregon coast, but It would be great also for a beach vacation with smaller kids. I forgot my suit and Cathi gracefully send it to me in the mail. Exactly as described! Very comfy. Close to everything. The view from the deck and the sounds of the ocean were perfect.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

The condominium was fun and nicely decorated. We loved the access to the beach and ocean. There were lots of amenities at the site. We utilized the pool and hot tub as well as the washer and dryer in our place. Thank you for sharing your place, we enjoyed our stay. We really liked walking down to the cute aquarium and we also took a spin on the double surrey bikes which was a great work out. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the room, we loved the view, we loved the location right off broadway at the promenade. Easy access to all the fun activities. The pool area is amazing and the water was nice and warm. Kids had a blast. Thank you so much. Cant wait to come back again.

I highly recommend this location. Chris made sure to email me to set up my reservation before she went on a trip. I appreciated her forethought. This is a little different than other Airbnbs I stayed at because it is not a person's house, it is a timeshare. So it has more of a hotel type of feel in regards to check in/out, using the pool, etc, except the accommodations are much better than a hotel. The two bedroom set up is perfect for families. You can't get closer to the beach the this location and it has a great pool area that overlooks the beach. I will definitely be staying again.

This place is such a great place for families. I highly recommend it. My family and I had the best time playing on the beach and in the pool. The space was spacious and kids loved their room which were they were delighted to discover had its own tv! We could watch all the fun on the beach and in the pool on our balcony which the kids also loved. It was also the best location in Seaside. Right on the beach, the promenade and the Main Street in Seaside. We hope we will be back!
