The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Erich's parents are very nice and helpful. You feel very comfortable, everything is very clean and beautiful, although it sometimes gets a bit noisy. The location is also ok, as it is close to Heilbronn, but you don't feel so safe in Bad Friedrichshall, although it is quite ok during the day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place was just perfect! The apartment is modern, stylish and furnished with great attention to detail – we felt at home from the first moment. The absolute highlight: the spacious roof terrace with a beautiful view - ideal for relaxing, sunbathing or for a cozy dinner under the open sky. Everything was sparkling clean, the amenities left nothing to be desired and the check-in went smoothly. The host was very friendly and available at all times. We can recommend this apartment without reservation - it doesn't get any better!

Verena is a great host. I was allowed to use all the facilities in the house. Verena was a cozy and entertaining host. The space met expectations and is worth the price. Everything was neat and clean. The kitchen was very extensive and everything could be used, including free coffee!

A well-equipped compact one-room apartment with kitchen. In the kitchen, there was a convection oven, a super-fast induction hob, a toaster, a coffee machine and good tableware. The bathroom shone with quickly available hot water and a heated mirror - a novelty for me. But the best thing was the comfortable TV chair with a folding backrest and leg support. A really "dangerous" piece of furniture, because you simply don't want to get up from it to do something. A private parking space and a quiet environment rounded off the stay.
