Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nederland

We had a group of 9 and everyone loved this place. The location was secluded, but still close to the Nederland’s downtown. Also Boulder and Blackhawk aren’t too far and the drive to each is BEAUTIFUL. The house itself is unbelievably nice, well stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. You can tell Brigitte really put her heart into this place and that it’s not one of those soulless Airbnb’s listed by a large management company. There are a million beautiful places to hike nearby and there are even some trails just a few steps from the front door. Brigitte was a great host and communicated well. I don’t drink coffee but my friends’ loved the coffee bar. Would definitely come back.

We loved this house! The views are truly breathtaking and the home is beautifully designed and so comfortable. Kathryn and James have really thought through the details, from the well-appointed kitchen with everything you might need to cook a fantastic meal to helpful instructional videos on the nuts and bolts, like how to use the hot tub. It was the perfect mountain retreat!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this gorgeous home! The location is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, yet just a short drive to town for anything we needed. It was also very easy to get to, with smooth check-in and check-out that made everything effortless. The setting was serene, with hummingbird feeders that attracted the sweetest little visitors throughout the day—such a special touch! The deck was one of our favorite spots—spacious, relaxing, and offering stunning views of the mountains. The house itself had everything we needed and more. It was well-stocked, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. Clear and thorough information was provided about the home. The hosts, Grace and Dan, were incredibly kind and responsive, offering excellent communication from start to finish. They made us feel very welcome and ensured everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this beaut

This was everything we expected and more. Fresh flowers throughout the house. Beautiful home and scenery. We planned on eating out a few days, but the kitchen and entertaining area was so amazing, we didn’t leave and cooked all of our meals in the exquisite kitchen. The bedrooms and details to everything made this an amazing vacation for my family.

This was a sweet place to spend a group trip in Ned. Everything was great and we felt all things we needed were available. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Like many guests before us, we were so happy to stay at Alana’s place because of the comfortable layout, light, cool porch, and overall high quality furniture, dishes, bed linens and of course the cool decor and plants. Indeed, the place is stylish.

A great cabin for a getaway. We recently stayed here for a ski weekend at Eldora and had a great time. The cabin was a great retreat after a day on the mountain, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities and little extras were excellent, making us feel at home; I especially loved the record collection!

So happy with the condo and the location. Walkable to amazing restaurants, breweries, kid- friendly park, and a great river trail!

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

A cute space with everything one needs for a relaxing get away! Hot tub was fabulous and watching the birds, squirrels and other animals around the place was so fun!

This Airbnb was a great stay for the couple nights that we needed. Was clean and comfy. The lake is just down the road if you desire otherwise great area and not too far away from the necessities. Recommend a stay here.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay; I can’t wait to come back and recommend Jennie’s place 100%!

We absolutely cannot say enough about how wonderful Judy is, and how perfect this apartment is. Judy greeted us upon arrival, gave us a full walk through of the apartment, shared GREAT, friendly conversation, and really thought of everything when it comes to creating a peaceful, enjoyable space. The area is quiet, the property is beautiful, and the apartment has some really cool features. The heated bathroom floor is amazing! The front end of the Jeep lights up and is the coolest night light ever! We didn't have much time to play pool, but it was an excellent addition to the space. The kitchen was cool, and covered in diamond plate sheets, sticking with the Jeep theme and decor. The murphy bed is incredibly comfortable, and allowed us to get a good night's sleep over the nights we stayed. Judy is truly a great host, and we highly recommend her apartment if you're looking for a beautiful property and peaceful location. Thank you for your hospitality, Judy! Can't wait to come back!

Snow Blaze was perfect for my needs on my adventures through Colorado. Walkable area with many restaurants and bars, a skate park, walking trails, and great hot tubs and pool. Great value as well.

This was a nice place to stay! King size bed and queen murphy bed were very comfortable. Place is roomy. Devon was quick to respond to our questions. We'd stay here again.

We had a gorgeous 3 nights in Billy & Desiree’s cabin. They have thought of everything you could need and the cabin is warm and cosy. The bottle of wine was delicious, bed super comfy, plentiful supplies of tea and coffee and the location of the cabin was so peaceful, on the edge of the river. There is a great Rec Center with pool, hot tubs and gym which was great at the end of a long day of activity. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable & restful place, assisted by super responsive and helpful hosts & we definitely recommend this beautiful place. Thank you so much Desiree & Billy.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Brian's place was fantastic and had everything we needed, including every kitchen item for cooking meals you could possibly imagine as well as a watch battery when my son's died right before his Ironman event. Brian's communication both in response to questions and when being proactive was EXCEPTIONAL! Would not hesitate to book Brian's place or any other property he may own!

Our stay was wonderful. Being on the ground floor with a second door access directly to the outside was perfect to take our dog directly to a trail system. It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Jerome is an exceptional host—very friendly and communicative. The place was just as described and very reasonably priced. I was there for a wedding, and it was the perfect place to stay. It was in a beautiful setting, easy to access, and very comfortable—it exceeded my expectations!
