Waterfront holiday rentals in Negros Occidental

The room is pretty basic. You get what you pay for. But that's not what makes Ming Yang so special. The owners are literally the nicest people I have ever met. I got sick while staying in Moalboal, and they took care of me like family. The owners are both diving instructors. Even though I didn't take my course with them, they still gave a ton of tips and tricks helping me improve my techniques. They are also very approachable. if you have any questions, they're always happy to help. or if you just want to chat, they'd happily chat with you for hours. The owner's wife is also a great cook. She personally cooks all the dishes they serve in the small restaurant. And they are delicious dishes. All in all, the people at Ming Yang are what makes this place truly special.

great location if ever you plan to do Canyoneering Activities and very close to Waterfalls. Very Safe and Staff are very accommodating and Very friendly

We stayed for 3 weeks. Appartment is large and equiped with everything you need. Netflix, tv, wifi, kitchen,... Short walk to supermarket and mall. Many restaurants and bars on other side of the river. You can have walk along riverside or take taxi aprox 60php. Apartment is in quiet area but close to everything. Host were very helpful and I strongly recommend this place.

Location is a little out of the way from the main road, but no issues once you managed to find it once, nothing google map cannot solve. Staff are all super friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and helping to arrange for tours, transportation to get around even though we enquired about it very last minute! 🙆🏼‍♀️ they even help us to look for spare travel adapter when we asked about it as we forgot to bring the correct one! There is also a small beachfront where you can swim, snorkel and kayak. A pity we did not have the time to do so, hopefully will be back again to try them 🤭

Bonjour, SUPER séjours nous avons passé 4 magnifique journées dans un très belle endroit ,dans une très belle chambre avec un super lit dotée d une vue paradisiaque sur la plage et ses bateaux de pêche typique avec des gens toujours souriants .Les hôtes ont été d une gentillesse rarement vue lors de nos voyages, toujours soucieux de notre bien être avec un sourire radieux sur le visage Un pur bonheur d avoir croisé cet endroit. JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT

Superbe location, les pieds dans l'eau, une équipe très sympathique en particulier Lisa qui est une belle personne humaine, disponible et très efficace. Thomas avec qui nous avons très bien discuté de tout malgré notre niveau très léger en anglais. Les activités ne manquent pas : plongée en compagnie des tortues et des sardines ! Possibilité de louer des scooters ou de prendre le "touc touc". Moalboal restera un des meilleurs souvenirs de vacances. Nous reviendrons !! Bravo et merci à vous !

Great place to relax and hang! It's simple, private and peaceful. Had a beautiful sunset view and very convenient access by the sea.

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

This home was absolutely stunning! The decor was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had so much fun creating memories together. The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The property feels very private and it was about 45 minutes away from the whale shark experience in Oslob and just over an hour from the canyoneering experience.

We had an amazing time at Danielle’s Beach House! The private beach access was perfect—our kids were in the water all day. The house was spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The rooftop deck was a highlight; we enjoyed watching the sunsets from up there. Just a heads-up: there aren’t any shops nearby, so you’ll need to drive to restaurants or stores. The location is a bit remote, but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Amazing place to stay at Oslob. Conveniently located close to Tumalog Falls and Oslob whaleshark watching. The property is chic and modern, highly recommended!

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce lieu paradisiaque. La maison était très propre et bien équipée. La piscine un régal. Et quel luxe d'avoir une plage privée ! Aireen et sa famille ont été disponibles pour nous aider à organiser des sorties en bateau pour découvrir cette belle île de Guimaras. Merci encore pour tout !

The host was very responsive and considerate to all my concern. The place is very clean and homey. It’s beside the Esplanade, so you can easily take a walk or go for a jog if you want to.

I had a long-term stay at Arjay's place, and I so appreciated how accommodating and responsive the hosts were during my time here! The place gets lots of natural light, so I was able to work comfortably in the room with the desk. I had all the kitchen amenities I needed for the duration of my stay. I liked the location as well -- right near the Esplanade, Molo District, and Atria shops. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Loved the Iloilo river view and close to the river esplanade and Molo Church. The host is easy to communicate with.

The location of the BnB is nice as there were so many walkable places, and I could either commute or bike to and from the condo. The view from the balcony during sunset is great and relaxing. Thank you so much for accommodating my stay and I will likely book here in my next trip to Iloilo.
