On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, walking and in summer Öschingen has a great forest outdoor pool.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all meals, but the fireplace in the garden can also be used as a grill. Several supermarkets, bakeries and outlets are within walking distance. In a few minutes you are in the Black Forest, on the Swabian Alps or Hohenzollern Castle.

The house is conveniently located, Tübingen and Reutlingen are a 15-minute drive away, Stuttgart and the exhibition center are a 30-minute drive away.

Enjoy life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. One of the most beautiful rooms awaits you in this old farmhouse from the 17th century, bright, south/east facing with a spacious and bright bathroom. There is a double bed (140cmx 210cm) and a sofa bed. Another room with additional beds can be booked as an option. please just ask. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and 2 hotplates. The garden can be shared.

In-law apartment with garden view and terrace

Ideal for trips to Tübingen or the Alb. Also perfectly equipped for longer stays, for example for commuters. If necessary, the sofa can be folded out so that a 140 × 200 bed surface is created and additional people would have space. For longer stays (>2-3 weeks) it is not suitable for 4 adults. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the village church and you can hear the church bells.
