Sunny Villa Apartment in the Central City

My place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880s villa, just a 10-min walk to the historic cathedral, cafés, alfresco dining, and the famous Nelson Saturday Market. It’s close to the Maitai River, with cycle paths, walks, swimming spots, and picnic areas. There is a private outdoor garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, grapes and feijoas. My place comfortably sleeps two, with an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed and extra bedding can accommodate a third guest if needed. Enjoy!

"Seas The Moment" - The Commodore Suite

Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite, situated on the entrance level of our house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. One bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

This is a brand new apartment on the lower level of our own house, you access down stairs in front of you as you come in gate . Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry, over night off street car parking in an enclosed yard , it has a kitchen with full sized fridge , dishwasher ,microwave, bench top cook plate , toaster, jug etc, one bedroom- queens size bed, a large lounge . Own bathroom, Private deck & BBQ area Great views, close to down town, beach, airport & main routes.

We loved our stay, everything was very clean, the beds were really comfortable and every thought was put into our stay by Geoff and Shirley. There were lovely touches such as a fruit bowl and individual packets of cereals. There were great views from the house and the balcony. The hosts was very friendly and helpful. We came for an event in Nelson and hope to stay again on our return next year.
