I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

We had a fantastic stay with Kate & Amrit. The flat is a great place to base to yourself. There are some fantastic amenities and local restaurants on your doorsteps. If you want to go into town it is only a short taxi ride away. We would highly recommend! Thank you Kate & Amrit :)

A home away from home is how I will describe my stay with Shanta. Extremely warm, humble and proactively assistive host. The place reflects his persona too. Clean, immaculately maintained has everything for your convenience and more. The place, some 150 metres from the the bustle of Lazimpat Road is in a quiet locality. Within 2-4 kms of most of the sightseeing you wanna go for locally. So happy that we chose to stay with Shanta. Kudos to his hospitality. Will surely be coming again.

we were group of 10 people, stayed for 2 nights. Overall it was pleasant and cozy stay. House was very beautifully decorated and every small details was covered. The wooden work done inside the home was magnificent. Kitchen had all the dishes and appliances. Bijay ji himself was a great person to talk and was quick to respond. Major tourist attractions are nearby. I will surely recommend to others .

The place is not that far from the city, surroundings have hills and cityscape-views. Good for a quick weekend gateaway. P.S: could use proper condiments for cooking.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property, and it was just as great as the first time! The house is clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Neha - allow us extra time for check out. Very friendly host and family. Good location and was great having a coffee shop on the ground floor! Beds have firm mattress which took a bit to get used to. Was helpful to have washing machine. Once we worked out how to get hot water in bathroom, worked well but need to wait at least 10 min. Main bathroom always had a strong smell, we kept the door closed. Balcony and patio was great to see the landscape and street below, note this is a shared space.

The place is right in the middle of Thamel. So it is very easy to move around. It is a sixth floor without lift. For me this was ok. Very polite and helpful host.

This was my second or third time here in the building. . I stayed in this apartment as well as the cottage. The cottage is very cosy. Apartment was also nice. The hosts are very warm and the apartments provide everything you need in a peaceful location.

I had a great stay! The host was very accommodating and helpful whenever needed. The room had everything I needed – a proper washing machine, a kitchen, and even drinking water provided. I definitely recommend this place!

Shailendra's guesthouse is a gem! After trekking in the mountains, spending 6 nights at his place felt like coming home. Nestled near Patan Durbar Square, the guesthouse is situated in a quaint, historic area of Kathmandu, where narrow streets devoid of cars wind through charming alleys filled with cozy cafes and eateries. Without hesitation, I recommend this location over Thamel (in my opinion, at least). The space itself exudes charm and comfort, with a homely ambiance. The Wi-fi was reliable, which was important considering I had quite a bit of work to get done. Oh, and the breakfast each morning was amazing! Above all, Shailendra's hospitality sets this guesthouse apart. In my 10+ years as an Airbnb user, he stands out as one of the finest hosts I've encountered. His warmth, assistance, and brief nightly chats added a personal touch, truly transforming the stay into a home.

Thanks to Sailesh for hosting us:) Finding a quality of accommodation like this at such an attractive price I will not recover from this early haha The neighborhood is peaceful and old. It's beautiful and a good place to stay. I spent two weeks in this Triplex and am disappointed that I won't be able to stay there anymore ... You feel at home there, and the luxury of being on three floors frankly. It's very well appointed and bright! The apartment is very clean and a housekeeper can come by at your request! I thank the host again for his friendliness and am really looking forward to spending my next stay in this beautiful apartment. A little extra on the washing machine and the terrace at the top:)

The space is clean and well located. The staff are very kind and helpful. You will need to have your own basic essentials such as soup shampoo, toilet paper,and cooking oil. We enjoyed our stay!

It was nice, Khim and Madan were very friendly, the place is in a walk distance from the lakeside yet the neighborhood is quiet in a side street made it a perfect location.

The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and a good kitchen with everything for cooking. Taxi is easy to the city center and scenery spots. Highly recommended!

It’s a fabulous little flat with everything you need in the VIP area of the city. The family who owns the place takes lots of love and pride in making their guest feel comfortable. For a longer stay I found it just right.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me so seriously.My room was on the 5th floor, but they carried my luggage with me and told me how to get to other places to go, recommended shops, etc.Cleaning is done once a week, and the garbage will be collected outside the room. The bathroom was beautiful and hot water, so I was able to take a shower every day comfortably. It was a really comfortable and good space to see the Himalayas from the balcony when the weather was good. The warm hospitality of the owner and family made some wonderful memories.Thank you!

The whole neighbourhood will Be there to help you. Treated like one among them. Seemed like the host is new to renting out properties. Lacked few minimal things but will eventually pickup. Worth the money. Thank you for the wonder place. Felt like a home. Already missing
