This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Die Wohnung (53qm) befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Hauses, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem separaten Bett, sowie ein Sofa mit Schlaffunktion im Wohnraum (Breite ca 1,30m, für zwei Erwachsene ist es etwas eng, aber ein Erwachsener und ein Kind, bzw für 2 Kinder ist es ausreichend) Über eine Treppe erreicht ihr die Wohnung und könnt im Lichthof gemütlich sitzen und grillen...
