This house offers an ideal place to spend a beautiful holiday between the leisure of a dynamic and lively city, and the wonders of the surrounding nature. You will enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (from May to September) overlooking the beautiful typical Cehegín roofs. In a quiet pedestrian area of the historic center, close to bars and shops, and only 10 minutes from the greenway where you can walk quietly or bike, and which leads to the coast of Murcia.

Our wonderfully spacious house has all the comforts. It is in a valley full of olive and almond trees with a wonderful view of the mountain "La Muela". From March to October, the weather is wonderful, but because the house is at about 1000 meters altitude, the nights are not too hot. There is a fantastic swimming pool to cool off. Our house is in a quiet place ideal for families with small children. We don't rent to groups that come for parties.

The house is very child-friendly, and both the surroundings and the swimming pool are completely enclosed so that children can play safely in the garden. To avoid any misunderstanding, we charge an extra €20 per guest per night if there are more than 12 guests.
