Good hiking opportunities in the surrounding area in both summer and winter. The cabin has nice views of the water and is a short walking distance from the free parking space. Boat and canoe can be used. Lots of trout in the water😉 20 km to Sauda city center with shops, swimming facilities, golf, duck pond, pump track, pole hunting, etc. 10 km to Almannajuvet. 30 km to Svandalen Alpine Center ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED.

At this quiet accommodation you can enjoy views of the fjord from the living room, the terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the lake. Sauda is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find most things, including a swimming pool. Many opportunities for great mountain trips and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 minutes away by car. The cabin is rented to guests who have respect for the fact that they live in our private cabin and is NOT rented out for parties and private events.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central to the local store where there is the possibility of both electric car charging and filling of fuel. There are many great hiking opportunities nearby such as to Nipe, Snønuten and Melen. The cabin is located approx. halfway between Røldal (30 km) and Gullingen (46 km) which is known for great winter activities.
