We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We had an amazing stay at Camilla's place! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept. It was even better than the photos showed. The location was perfect and we appreciated the quiet surroundings very much. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We can really recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay. Thank you very much for an amazing stay - we hope to be able to come back another time!

Incredibly nice home, with beautiful details. It's shown that this home belongs to a family with a sense of aesthetics. Well decorated with everything one might desire. Comfortable heated pool, with beautiful outdoor area. Cozy and accommodating host. Large rich center nearby. The only thing we missed was the possibility of cooling off bedrooms. Highly recommended.

Joachim’s place is amazing! The location is only 10 minutes from downtown but you feel like you’re on an island far away. Close to the beach and the bus and the grocery store. The house has everything you need and well maintained. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect temperature. We would recommend to anyone who wants a city break.

A beautiful house which worked perfectly for our family of 7. Freshly renovated to a high standard. Kids loved the pool and it was great to have the ability to have a boat docked at the house. Amazing view. All in all a great experience.

The sauna, hot tub, everything in this property and Kristian himself just made our holiday perfect and I cannot thank you enough. The restaurants we tried were perfect. Quiet location, incredibly cozily furnished/partly nostalgic. In a few minutes by bus (and then by ferry to Oslo) and at the grocery store or down on the coast. Rushing stream on the premises.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, warm, and full of natural light. It was perfect for our family and especially suitable for kids. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at Inke’s cabin, so peaceful and very well equipped. It was great to chill out in and explore the area around the cabin but also easy to take the bus and ferry back in to Oslo to the galleries and museums. We travelled on public transport and found it easy to get to, with a pizza place in walking distance and a large supermarket one bus stop away. Inke and Ralph were incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Large and nice house, with plenty of space and room to play. Spacious bedrooms, good beds. Plenty of room for us, as there were 8 of us in total. Nice outdoor area, sitting group under the roof. Kamilla was quick to respond to my requests. My warmest recommendations.

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at Mitra’s place, and what’s even more impressive is that we booked it with less than a day’s short notice! Mitra was incredibly accommodating, even offering us an early check-in to match our early flight, which made everything so much easier. From the moment we arrived, Mitra was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house was perfect — cozy, clean, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. We were blessed with beautiful weather, and spent hours soaking up the sun on the dock while admiring the stunning Oslofjord. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. One of the unique touches that made our stay extra special was the instruments and JBL stereo in the living room. We had such a great time playing music by the water, creating memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. Thank you, Mitra, for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We had a wonderful stay at Carina and Håvard's house. From the moment we booked, Carina was responsive, ensuring the house would be well set-up for us on arrival. Directions to the house were precise and Carina was there to welcome us, give us a tour, explain how things worked, and make local recommendations. She even returned later with a kettle for tea. A welcome basket was a lovely gesture. The house itself has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful, mature garden, which has fantastic views over Bunnefjorden, as do the living room and main bedroom. The beach is close by and easily walkable. We were also able to borrow an electronic cargo bicycle to do groceries. It was perfect for our summer break and we would happily return again.

A great house. We immediately felt comfortable. Clear instructions at the beginning of the trip from the host. That was great. Great region. You are super fast by ferry in Oslo. Totally ideal for a family of 5. Great!

We spent a winter week and it was a great stay! We arrived late evening and the house was warm, with the christmas lights turned on and a chocolate bar welcoming us. The house is cosy and very confortable. And it was so beatiful with the snow outside ❄️ Tim was very friendly and responsive in the comunication and gave us great tips to do with the kids around. We could also use their sleighs and ice skates which definitly enhansed the overall experience. Highly recommended!

We loved Kjetil / Christine's place! The home design was beautiful, the view of Oslofjord was fantastic, and it was very well stocked. The bus stop was also just steps away to catch the local bus to get to the train to the airport and other locations. I'd definitely recommend their place for a relaxing visit to Oslo in beautiful surroundings.

We have stayed at Snorre's house before, so we know exactly what to expect. It's easy to get to from Oslo city centre using the boat and the bus and a short walk to the house. The house has plenty of space and is located on a quiet pedestrianised area, with a fantastic view across the fjord towards Oslo. Snorre made sure all the facilities were working correctly and checked in with us regularly.
