We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Vi hadde en fantastisk opphold hos Camilla! Huset var helt nydelig, svært rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Det var enda bedre enn bildene viste. Beliggenheten var perfekt, og vi satte stor pris på de rolige omgivelsene. Verten var utrolig hjelpsom og vennlig, og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte for et komfortabelt opphold. Kommunikasjonen var enkel og effektiv, og vi følte oss veldig velkomne fra første stund. Vi kan virkelig anbefale dette stedet til alle som ser etter et koselig og avslappende sted å bo. Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold - vi håper å kunne komme tilbake en annen gang!

Terje and Hanne are great hosts. Clear, proactive and responsive while making you feel welcome. The house is very well located and fully aligned with descriptions/photos. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place.

Utrolig fin bolig, med vakre detaljer. Det vistes godt at denne boligen tilhører en familie med sans for estetikk. Godt innredet med alt man kan ønske seg. Behagelig oppvarmet basseng, med vakkert uteområde. Hyggelig og imøtekommende vert. Stort innholdsrikt senter i nærheten. Eneste vi savnet var muligheten for nedkjøling av soverom. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Svært fornøyd med oppholdet. Pauline var rask med å svare på meldinger om det var noe vi trengte få svar på. Ungene likte spesielt godt bassenget 😊

Joachim’s place is amazing! The location is only 10 minutes from downtown but you feel like you’re on an island far away. Close to the beach and the bus and the grocery store. The house has everything you need and well maintained. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect temperature. We would recommend to anyone who wants a city break.

Ruhige Lage, unheimlich gemütlich eingerichtet/ zT nostalgisch. In wenigen Minuten beim Bus (und dann mit Fähre nach Oslo) und beim Lebensmittelladen oder unten an der Küste. Rauschender Bach auf dem Grundstück.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home! It was beautiful and comfortable inside and out. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck and felt at home. Truly a beautiful place. Thank you so much for having us!

Die Zeit in Nesodden war wundervoll. Wir haben einen Teil unsere Hochzeitsreise in der Hytta von Ralf und Inke verbracht. Wenn auch nicht so Glamourös wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel hat es uns hier sogar besser als im besagten 5 Sterne Hotel gefallen. Man findet alles an Ausstattung was man zum Leben benötigt und vor allem ist man von friedlicher Ruhe und fantastischer Natur umgeben. Wir haben tolle Tipps von Inke und ihrer Familie bekommen und bei Fragen haben sie immer schnell geantwortet. Eine wirklich herzliche Familie die uns sogar zu einem Tee zu sich eingeladen hat. Die Hytta ist schnell mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, wir sind die einstündige Fahrt nach Oslo häufig gefahren und hatten nie Probleme die Boote zu erwischen, da diese perfekt auf die Busse abgestimmt sind. Man muss aber gar nicht nach Oslo denn wir empfehlen an die Bucht von Hellvik zu spazieren um im kalten Fjordwasser zu baden. Wir würden jeder Zeit, auch gerne für länger, wieder kommen :)

wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub dort verbringen dürfen. Tolles Haus, toller Gastgeber, der sehr schnell und unkompliziert antwortet und reagiert. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schnelle Erreichbarkeit, um nach Oslo zu gelangen. Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder!

Worth it for the stunning view. As others have said its like staying in your grandparents house but that is part of its charm. The drive is steep but not that bad. Per responded well to enquiries.

We have stayed at Snorre's house before, so we know exactly what to expect. It's easy to get to from Oslo city centre using the boat and the bus and a short walk to the house. The house has plenty of space and is located on a quiet pedestrianised area, with a fantastic view across the fjord towards Oslo. Snorre made sure all the facilities were working correctly and checked in with us regularly.

Veldig hjemmekoselig og fin leilighet. Verten svarte meget raskt, var fleksibel og hadde gode råd. Plusspoeng for å ha fyllt opp med ved, blomster og nydelige hjemmelagde karameller. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Christian’s house is in a beautiful place not far from Oslo that you can reach easily by boat shuttle. It’s a very pleasant place very peaceful and quiet. It’s not a professionnal rental so you will feel like a real norvegian in a real house living. Christian was a perfect guest…very attentive and easily reachable by text. Nice stay

Kaja hosted us in our home when we were going through a tough time. We had a very comfortable stay in our brand new house. It had all the facilities that we could think off. Our kids love it and we are always grateful to her and Torbjorn to make the place available for us in a short notice. We would highly recommend if someone would like to escape the city life. The views from the property were mesmerizing and I think anyone renting this property would have a great time.

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at Mitra’s place, and what’s even more impressive is that we booked it with less than a day’s short notice! Mitra was incredibly accommodating, even offering us an early check-in to match our early flight, which made everything so much easier. From the moment we arrived, Mitra was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house was perfect — cozy, clean, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. We were blessed with beautiful weather, and spent hours soaking up the sun on the dock while admiring the stunning Oslofjord. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. One of the unique touches that made our stay extra special was the instruments and JBL stereo in the living room. We had such a great time playing music by the water, creating memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. Thank you, Mitra, for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Carina and Håvard's house. From the moment we booked, Carina was responsive, ensuring the house would be well set-up for us on arrival. Directions to the house were precise and Carina was there to welcome us, give us a tour, explain how things worked, and make local recommendations. She even returned later with a kettle for tea. A welcome basket was a lovely gesture. The house itself has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful, mature garden, which has fantastic views over Bunnefjorden, as do the living room and main bedroom. The beach is close by and easily walkable. We were also able to borrow an electronic cargo bicycle to do groceries. It was perfect for our summer break and we would happily return again.

Es sehr schön und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eddi (3 Jahre) hat gerne mit den vielen Spielsachen gespielt.

Unser Urlaub in Lise‘s und Egil‘s Haus war phantastisch. Das Haus, der Garten und die Aussicht auf Oslo sind wunderschön. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind wünschen kann. Lise hat sich sehr zuvorkommend sogar vorab nach dem Alter unseres Kindes erkundigt um alles passende herzurichten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Umgebung bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Natur und Oslo ist mit der Fähre sehr schnell erreichbar. Fazit: alles war perfekt und wir können Lise als Gastgeberin zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

We spent a winter week and it was a great stay! We arrived late evening and the house was warm, with the christmas lights turned on and a chocolate bar welcoming us. The house is cosy and very confortable. And it was so beatiful with the snow outside ❄️ Tim was very friendly and responsive in the comunication and gave us great tips to do with the kids around. We could also use their sleighs and ice skates which definitly enhansed the overall experience. Highly recommended!
