The spacious apartment has two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living and dining area with lake views. We offer towels and bed linen. A free parking space in front of the building is available on site. The large balcony and terrace guarantee you unforgettable evenings in a cozy atmosphere with a view of the lake and the mountains. Not suitable for children under 6 years and motorhomes. Pets, smoking in the holiday apartment and parties (noise) after midnight are prohibited. Casa Francesco3r is perfect for couples and families of 2/4 guests. It has 2 bathrooms, a private garage, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden, and a washing machine. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, you will be asked for documents for registration. Additional costs are €2.00 per person for the tourist tax, payable in cash only. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with disabilities.) It is forbidden to charge an electric car in the apartment's garage. There are charging stations for electric vehicles near the apartment.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Positioned in Nesso’s historical hamlet of Coatesa, almost next to “Ponte della Civera”, which is one of the most photographed spots on the lake. Literally a few steps away from the ferry stop, this proud standing villa has a Secret Garden tucked away above the pedestrian cobbled streetlevel - great to observe life on the lake in full privacy!

This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, pharmacy, two grocery stores and the C10 and C20 bus stop. public parking is in front of the house entrance

Oleandra is a small villa with 3 apartments, built in the 1970s and completely renovated in 2020. It was designed to offer (from each apartment) a priceless view of the lake with a space on the outdoor terrace facing the lake to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or lunch. The strategic location between Como and Bellagio makes it easy to go on excursions on the lake. In 20 minutes, continuing by car on the main road, you reach an altitude of 1,000 meters.

A lovely designer apartment with an amazing view of the lake (published in AD magazine). Located in the heart of the town of Argegno, 100 meters from the lake, navigation and bus stop. We offer our guests to plunge into the Dolce vita atmosphere: sun, mountains, lake, delicious food and wine! Enjoy beautiful views, historic villas: Carlotta, Monastero, Olmo, Balbianello. Upon prior request, we provide parking for our guests for €5 per day.
