This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, pharmacy, two grocery stores and the C10 and C20 bus stop. public parking is in front of the house entrance

Oleandra is a small villa with 3 apartments, built in the 1970s and completely renovated in 2020. It was designed to offer (from each apartment) a priceless view of the lake with a space on the outdoor terrace facing the lake to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or lunch. The strategic location between Como and Bellagio makes it easy to go on excursions on the lake. In 20 minutes, continuing by car on the main road, you reach an altitude of 1,000 meters.

My house is a beautiful small apartment not far from the famous and romantic Ponte della Civera in Nesso. My house is ancient and modern at the same time, well furnished and with an Amazing view.The apartment is sanitized at every guest change with anti-covid procedures as required by law. Therefore you will be sure and you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in Nesso.

The Midwife House

It’s a 700 yrs old stone house with all conforts. A 2 minutes walk from the famous bridge of Nesso. Close to a grocery, bars, restaurants and the bus stop. It has a private GARAGE 250 meters from the apartment, included in the price. To get to the apartment one must walk down 83 steps. I will be happy to provide good tips about the area.
