Here we have all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, took many hikes and then meet, in the evening all together on the dock to fish. In 1925 Hitchcock shot The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif you can reach it by walking along a medieval bowl road (200 meters from the church)

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

The Midwife House

It's a medieval house in Coatesa, a hamlet of Nesso, two minutes walking from the famous Ponte della Civera (Civera Bridge), the one that Alfred Hitchcock choose as his set for his first film "The Pleasure Garden" in 1925. That is the most romantic spot of the entire Lake Como. It's Paradise. And... by the way, I'm a tourist guide and I will be very happy to give you plenty of tips!
