We enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the view!! Definitely a great little place for a short stay. The only thing we felt was missing was a loveseat with a side table where the deck chairs were inside, so you could sit comfortably inside while enjoying the view. Comfy bed with beautiful views!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Beautiful home with lots of room for a party of 7. My two teenage kids love the lower level that was like an apartment on its own. They had a blast!! Very comfortable bed with very clean white linen. Amazing view on the two decks. Beautiful kitchen that had all the basic. My only suggestion is to add a strainer over the kitchen sink drain to catch small food particles and avoid clogging the drain. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Lincoln beach. Thank you!!

12/10 for Brandon & Rain OR Shine! It has quickly become our go-to home away from home on the Oregon coast. The location is terrific and we can always count on Brandon to be the host with the most. We can’t wait to book again!

This house was very cozy! We absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed for cooking. Great location, close to the beach. Hot tub is great. My husband loved the pillows specifically. Host was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. I would definitely book again for any future trips to Lincoln city.

A super cute cabin with great location -- just right off 101. If you like shopping, you could walk to the outlets! Also a very short walk down to the beach. The loft was really fun and it was really cozy. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

This home was exactly as pictured and had beautiful decor. We were a group of 8 adults and the layout was quite comfortable. The walk to the beach is about .5 miles. The management company is very proactive with communication and it was overall a great rental experience.

This house and neighborhood are so cute. By far one of the best places on the Oregon coast. The house is exactly as described and pictured. Very well maintained. It’s rare to find a place that has beach access, a hot tub, and a community pool (seasonal). Can’t recommend it enough.

Goodness this home is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous decor, well appointed with every last detail thought of. It was bucolic and peaceful and the hosts were gracious communicative. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stayed here for my anniversary and it did not disappoint. The views were absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful. The house was very clean and has really good amenities. Spencer the host was very nice and responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

The location is amazing. We watched birds out the window for two days straight. The fact that the property has two independent but joined units makes it great for two families or two couples who want to hang out but also want some privacy. The units are spotless and wonderfully appointed. You’re just minutes away from Sitka Sedge, a number of beaches, and the town of Pacific City if you need something or want to go out a beer, coffee, etc. Would definitely return.

This place had everything one could possibly require for a fun weekend getaway at the coast. Very well stocked kitchen, fun activities across multiple levels, and supplies for taking the fun outside. We brought our dog for her first trip to the beach. She had a great time running around in the surf and after hosing/wiping her off with the provided amenities, she loved curling up in front of the pellet stove to nap.

I'll typically leave a 5 star review if everything is good and there are no issues with an AirBnB, so I wish I could leave this place way more than the 5 stars allowed. This AirBnB feels like you are staying in a high end hotel in Tillamook. You can tell a lot of work went into the details of the decor, the amenities, and everything that was provided. The location was also perfect as it was within walking distance of a great food cart collection, the grocery store, and a couple of breweries and restaurants. If you are thinking about booking an AirBnB in Tillamook and on the fence, I would give this place my highest recommendation.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

Pleasant stay in this comfortable house. Brady was quick to respond to messages. Surroundings are green and vibrant. The beach/ocean easy to get to

The space was just as described. Great for a short vacation on the Oregon coast. The stay was pleasant and mostly everything was straight forward.

Nice stay. Didn’t like the shampoo, soap options they were provided, which all seemed like leftovers from other guests. Small issue though because it is a great house.

Stunning view. No need to leave the porch. We had three glorious days of great weather and spent a majority of our time on the porch looking at the stunning view. Wish we had packed more groceries and planned to just cook at property. The kitchen was well equipped. Traditional coffee maker so don’t forget coffee grounds. Local restaurants are limited and so are their hours. Door Dash did deliver, but also limited. The house was clean and comfortable. We all slept great too. Hope to return here one day!

We had a great stay in Netarts and tried our hand at clamming. Had so much fun! Jodi’s house was unique and a comfortable stay close to everything we wanted to do. We had a minimal issue and Jodi was quick to resolve it. She is such a sweet host and hope to stay again in the future! Visit Lex’s Cool Stuff. We always make a point to pop in and visit for a bit while we shop for unique treasures. Grab a brownie she makes them fresh!

We had a wonderful Christmas here. Loved crabbing in Netarts Bay. Family room was a nice place to relax. Enjoyed the board games and being able to stream movies on the TV. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could have wanted including a waffle iron!

What a place! We were thrilled to stay in a beach house refreshingly free of baby blue and seashell décor. The home is as gorgeous as the view—and the amenities? Let’s just say there was enough Aesop to make any elder millennial grin. Probably too much Aesop. Definitely too much Aesop. ;) Great for families and perfectly situated in a chill spot, with livelier towns just a short drive away. Highly recommend.

The house was in a great location, with stunning views from every room. The decor was both chic and practical, creating an environment of relaxed luxury. The beds were extremely comfortable, even in the kids room, and we all got good sleep. The linens were high quality and the textiles well-chosen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. The bathrooms stylish and spacious. It was the perfect place for our family, for both hanging out when it was wet outside and for exploring the beach and surrounding areas when the weather was better. Of course, having a hot tub was a special bonus, as well as the ping-pong table in the garage. A great find, and we will definitely be returning!

This place has such a great vibe. It’s been loved by the owner for her entire life and you can feel the intention and attention to everything. Don’t hesitate to book! If you want a beautiful, quiet, cozy, fun and spacious place to be, this is it! It’s all of the things. The game room downstairs is insane! Wall to wall fun for kids of any age.😁
