Donald made our entire stay effortless from start to finish. His communication was warm, prompt, and crystal-clear; every question we had was already anticipated in his thorough welcome guide. Check-in felt like walking into a friend’s home.. you follow the simple instructions and you’re instantly settled, no fussing with hidden keys or cryptic lockbox codes. The house itself is a gem. Perched right on the beach, it’s that rare mix of stylish comfort and laid-back charm. Wide windows frame an ever-changing ocean view, and the soothing sound of waves rolls in all day long. From early-morning coffee on the deck to sunset strolls along the shore, every moment felt idyllic. We left refreshed, grateful, and already plotting a return visit. Thanks for creating such a flawless getaway, Donald!

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our time. The host was very responsive and the check in and check out was easy!

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

Our stay was perfect. I can see now why this place is so popular in the area. Descent go the beach is close to the property and worth all of the steps. The actual house is amazing and incredibly well-kept. If it went on the market, we would buy it as our forever home. As for Chris, we have nothing but positives to say. He was kind, responsive, and understood that our arrival was impacted by an unforeseen circumstance. He helped us feel welcome and supported, while giving complete, peaceful privacy.

Beautiful oasis! We have a two year old and four year old and truly enjoyed this special place. If you have littles be warned that there is a cliff drop off from the deck to the beach which wasn’t totally clear from the listing/ pics. Also there’s no pack and play or plastic cups/ plates etc for kids so bring your own and plan accordingly. Overall incredible experience and memories for a lifetime.

Britt’s place was great for us. We just stayed one night but it was one of the best nights of our week long road trip. The place is so cozy and peaceful and we loved all the vintage books and puzzles and the mid century vibe. The view was gorgeous and the two little bedrooms were so cute. I slept on the living room couch which was comfy… I brought a foam pad to put on top of it and also brought some of my own sheets and blankets to use which Britt had suggested. We made dibber in the kitchen which had everything we needed. It was a great stay and we hope to be back. I would mention that there is construction happening down the street and when we arrived the entrance to the one-way street was blocked by a truck. It took us a while to realize that we could enter the street from the wrong direction. That was slightly confusing but wasn’t a big deal. Parking was easy right in front of the house. We didn’t use the garage.

I didn’t want to leave!!! Hannah has thought of everything! What a peaceful place for a sister weekend! I sat on the porch each morning taking in the view and drinking my coffee. Beautiful!

Another wonderful stay at this air b and b for a work trip, super comfy bed love the new large shower with rain head faucet. I use the park pass for guests each time to get to go to the pretty local parks without paying extra fees, that is a nice perk. I can walk to the hospital, YMCA, and grocery store so I hardly have to use my car. I look forward to staying there again in the fall/winter for work!

Staying at Antoine’s means you’re steps away from your toes in the sand! From the living-room (wall to wall windows/slider back door) is stunning - full ocean view to become mesmerized by 🌊

Great spot in a prime location! The only issue I had was the skylight over the bed. It’s very bright in the morning, but if you have a sleeping mask it should be no issue. Lovely spot, with great hosts!

Cliff’s place was a wonderful stay! Right on the beach, private and quiet. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was wonderful! Literally a 30 second walk to the water. I was so happy to be able to sleep with the window open to hear the sound of the ocean. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking from the window that you could see from laying in bed. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do and more. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Secluded and peaceful, with big windows and a beautiful view. Inside, the furnishings were clean, comfortable, and updated. I spent a lot of time sitting outside in the lush lawn area with a cup of tea. Perfect for one or two travelers who want a taste of the green Tillamook countryside. Great alternative to the hotel accommodations in the area for business travelers!

Loved the condo; the beachy theme was beautifully done. The ocean front view was amazing. So relaxing. Am planning on staying there again. Another plus, is the elevator (instead of having to climb stairs) and the underground parking garage.

We had such a lovely time at this Bnb. It’s gorgeous, the place is spotless and beautifully decorated, lots of little thoughtful amenities that just made it nice and easy to stay (shampoo/conditioner/body wash, soft blankets all over the apartment, board games, beach chairs that were easy to carry, etc.) Furniture was comfortable, appliances in great shape, and plenty of spaces to be (big dining room table, nice L couch, 2 beds and baths.) We only came with 2 people, but it’d be a great stay for a family. And the beach was gorgeous. Really large and open sandy beach space, few people, so it felt private and open. Would recommend for sure!

The place is very quiet and cozy!! We had a great time and the view is wonderful!! Nice and easy to get to the beach!

Melanie & KC, Thank you for the amazing hospitality. The photos do not give Neskowin justice. To be able to walk outside from the back door and onto the beach…unbelievable! Will most likely be making this a yearly trip!

The setting couldn't be better. It had everything we needed. It was practically our own beach. (We were right there before Memorial Day - beaches were almost empty.) Stunning unobstructed views. My foot expert told me to do barefoot walks on the beach + get my feet in the ocean. (I've had issues with my feet). Very healing. The sunsets were NUTS. Last time we stayed in this building (different unit), we were treated to two sightings of a bald eagle gliding over the beach on our last day. I was hoping that would happen again -it did. That's a well-trained eagle - this time landing in the creek that empties into the sea. It hit its mark perfectly! 🙃 Maybe rubber-backed mats in the bathrooms. We kept bunching them up. Maybe change the sign by the door? This may be our last visit to this marvelous place, as our knees are going south. We are ancient! PERFECT place for people with good knees. Our dumb knees are the only thing that would keep us away. Maybe with PT we'll be back! 🌊🌊🌊

This was a great stop for our roadtrip down the coast! Right off the main road and right by the water - beautiful! The plan was very well kept and the host gave great instructions for getting there. I’m sad we only had one night here!

Everything was just as described. Being right on the beach was great, central location in town, and Troy offered to provide suggestions for places to go in town. The whole process was super easy.

Internet was down which made it impossible for us to get into the unit. But Victor called us immediately with an alternative and we were in shortly after. His responsiveness was so quick it didn’t make a dent in our check in. The condo is situated beach side with gorgeous views. Clean, comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch for cozy cool evenings. Wasy walk to shops and restaurants. Will visit again.

Our only regret was we could only stay for 2 nights but, will be trying to arrange another longer stay in the future. Condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. Gorgeous view from living area and very comfortable bedding.

We had a great few days at Yings’s place! She was very responsive and had great welcoming instructions everything was a breeze to get to place. Wonderful view and easy walk to beach. Great for families. Definitely would recommend and stay again!
