Vi bodde en uke i Francescos komfortable leilighet. Gangavstand til alt! Du går til/fra togstasjonen, to bystrender, finner dusinvis av restauranter og barer, matbutikker og andre små, artige butikker. Leiligheten var svært velholdt og har alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold i Anzio. Anbefales! Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert! Anzio er også en sjarmerende og avslappende by å være i, bare en times togtur unna Roma.

Rosalba e Luce sono state molto disponibili e gentili, mi hanno accolto così bene che mi è sembrato di essere a casa. Tanti posti letto e un grande giardino per far giocare il cane e possibilità di passare bei momenti all’aperto. Super consigliato.

Lo chalet di Alessio è il posto ideale se ami il contatto con la natura e gli animali. Dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Un punto strategico se si vuole visitare Roma ma riposare lontano dal caos cittadino, inoltre è vicino al mare e ai castelli Romani. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Alessio è un host attento, gentile e sempre disponibile. Contiamo di ritornare presto, ci manca già.

Such a fantastic host! So personable, energetic and accommodating. After a muss-up at the airport with our transportation, she came (with her dad!) to collect us on very short notice. We had full access to all the things in the house and the kids LOVED her and the place.

Host molto gentile cordiale e disponibile, molto attenta alle esigenze per noi che abbiamo una bimba piccola. Ci ha fatto trovare nel frigorifero delle bottiglie di acqua fresca e molti affettati, latte marmellate e molti altri prodotti piscina e spazi esterni curatissimi, casa pulitissima. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno per un piccolo problema in cinque minuti ce lo ha risolto. Per chi vuole stare in completo relax lo consiglio vivamente.

Exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated, the apartment had all we needed. The host had thought of everything and was incredibly helpful and responsive. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was a much enjoyed surprise touch. Parking wasn't always available immediately outside but we easily parked in nearby bays and the cost was minimal. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Cio che non era descritto ma che ho trovato assolutamente apprezzabile e punto di forza è stata la pulizia e la completa dotazione di ogni confort. In uno spazio piccolo, ma assolutamente adeguato per una vacanza al mare, non ho mai trovato nulla di simile e sono 15 anni che utilizzo appartamenti in tutta Italia. Tutto ciò che serve è presente: lenzuola, asciugamani, saponi per la persona e per la casa, necessario per la cucina, stendini, mollette, aspirapolvere....potrei continuare ma non mi basterebbero i caratteri disponibili per scrivere, aggiungo solo disinfettante e cerotti, spinotti e ago e filo. Sembrerebbero sciocchezze ma questi dettagli fanno la differenza. La posizione è perfetta, non ho preso la macchina per 14 giorni, tutto ciò che occorre è raggiungibile a piedi. Infine, ma non per importanza, la disponibilità dell'host...Sempre raggiungibile e reattivo e di una gentiliezza fuori dal comune.

Krásné ubytování v historickém centru. Čisto a pořádek. Výhled z balkónu na východ slunce je úžasný. Horší je to s parkováním, je třeba nechat auto dále od domu, ale kousek cesty pěšky pěkným městem rozhodně neurazí.

Great support and communication from the host. She did a fantastic job with the place and was always available and checking on me if I needed anything. I would highly refer this property. In addition, it is in a perfect location with the best view of the lake.

We had a good stay at Sharohn's place. Nice clean modern apartment, close to shops and attractions in Ostia Antica. Nice views of the castle from the large balcony. Train station for Rome is about 10 minutes walk. We had a car and there is no off-street parking at the apartment, but the parking on the street was fine when we were there, with a free parking area just around the corner. Quite a bit of noise from all the incoming planes landing at Rome FCO, but if you close the windows it is quite quiet inside the apartment. Overall a clean and nice place to stay, good communication with the two co-hosts.

Delizioso e comodo appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione con vista mare. Francesco è stato attento ed ospitale e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ottima anche la colazione. Consigliatissimo, sia a famiglie che a coppie di amici. Grazie!

We had a lovely stay at Vincenzo and Gamze's place, it was perfect for what we needed on our way up to Rome from Naples. We were able to feel right at home by putting the fire on in the evening with the added bonus of waking up to a spectacular view in the morning. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful apartment and we hope to come back one day. Dan and Valentina :)

A cute and cozy apartment near the "center of action" of Ostia (2min walking distance from sea , with many good restaurants around & very easy to reach by the Cotral bus line) , clean and warm, with a beautiful shared terrace & living room, plus a shared kitchen which can cover all your basic needs (water, coffee, breakfast). Both folks were very communicative and responded in detail to all of my requests for information.

Enrica’s BnB exceeded my expectations. What I was expecting to just be a quick overnight on my travels turned into a wonderful stay in Artena. The apartment is clean and offers the necessary comforts. Enrica was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations of what to see and local cuisine to try in the old town. Plus, her BnB is high up and has beautiful views of the countryside.

Siamo stati davvero bene, partivamo con delle aspettative un po' alte, dalla descrizione e dalle foto, e non siamo stati affatto delusi. Location fantastica, in mezzo al verde ma non troppo isolata, appartamento confortevole con ciò che serve, e anche qualcosa in più (the e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti). Ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza sono stati soprattutto gli spazi esterni, il giardino e la piscina. Paolo e Julia sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa. La loro cagnolina Lia, educata e mai invadente, mia figlia se ne è innamorata! Cii è davvero dispiaciuto dover partire. Lo consigliamo assolutamente, speriamo di avere l'occasione di tornarci

The place was spotlessly clean and really adorable! The views from both the room and the balcony were especially stunning. Also, Dalila was a very helpful host, and the breakfast she prepared was honestly really good! The neighbourhood felt safe. I saw kids playing and elderly people (both men and women) walking their dogs on my way to Dalila’s place even at 9pm. In short, such a great stay!

fantastica location e host disponibilissimi, lucia e sua mamma sono delle persone gentilissime, ottima colazione e disponibilità per gestire gli orari della stessa da parte loro. stanze pulite e tutto in ordine stessa cosa per i bagni.. consigliatissimi

struttura nuova ben curata, posiazio proprio nella piazza centrale di Norma. la colazione non era nel bnb ma l'attività presso la quale abbiamo fatto colazione è di qualità.

Alessandra çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Bizi sokakta karşıladı eve evi bulmamız konusunda yardımcı oldu. Ev oldukça temizdi ve her gün temizlendi. Sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Evin konumu tren istasyonunun dibi olması çok iyi. Ancak tren dışında bir ulaşım yok. Aksam erken saatlerde eve geri donmeniz gerekiyor. Roma'ya yakın ama evin etrafında pek bir sey yok. En yakın market 20 dakika uzaklıkta. Konumu haric her sey kusursuzdu. Alessandra oldukca tatli bir insandi. Ev arkadasi olan kopek de oldukca dost canlisiydi. Evin tasarimi oldukca tatli ve tum ihtiyaclarinizi karsilayacak sekildeydi.

Danila è un'ottima padrona di casa, amichevole e gentile. La casa è pulita e ben arredata, ha un giardino ben curato e una piscina che nelle giornate calde è perfetta per rinfrescarsi e rilassarsi. La colazione ottima, dolci fatti in casa e uova fresche appena raccolte. La sua posizione consente di raggiungere in pochissimi minuti di macchina Castel Gandolfo, Nemi, Ariccia e altri paesi lungo la via dei laghi.
