Roberto è un host molto disponibile e cortese. Ha sempre risposto velocemente ai messaggi e si è mostrato accogliente al momento del check in. La casa era molto pulita, ben attrezzata e tranquilla. La consiglieremmo sicuramente!

Pierpaolo is an extremely responsive host. He met us personally at the airport,early in the morning and checked us in immediately, even though check-in was announced in the early afternoon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for two people. No need for air conditioning,because it is very cool. It has everything you could need in a household. The area is very quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine, cafes, shops, pizzeria. The beach is a 15 min walk away,where there is one with free access and a paid area,where it is not so crowded. Transport to the centre of Rome is also very well arranged. In other words the apartment combines everything you could ask for,to combine a trip and a holiday in one.

This place felt like home! Very conveniently located next to the market, supermarket. You can find all the necessary things for your stay in this apartment. Nadia and her husband were very helpful and attentive. I can't thank you enough for this amazing stay. Highly recommend this place.

Delizioso e comodo appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione con vista mare. Francesco è stato attento ed ospitale e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ottima anche la colazione. Consigliatissimo, sia a famiglie che a coppie di amici. Grazie!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment, the check-in was done with our host Nikolic, very friendly and generous. He invited us for a welcome drink and filled the fridge with above the standard essentials. The apartment is as described, huge with lots of light and a terrace all around, it is situated very near the train station. Many thanks Nikolic for your kindness and welcoming!

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

È difficile trovare le parole giuste per descrivere quanto sia stato speciale il mio soggiorno nel villino di Simone. Non è stata solo una casa per qualche giorno, è stato un rifugio, un angolo di pace che mi ha accolto quando ne avevo più bisogno. L’appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio, si vede che dietro ogni oggetto c’è una mano che ha pensato a come far sentire chi entra davvero a casa. Simone è l’host che ognuno dovrebbe incontrare almeno una volta nella vita: attento ma mai invadente, gentile senza sforzo, presente nel modo più umano e sincero possibile. Non si è limitato a ospitarmi, mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto, davvero. E in un mondo che corre sempre troppo, questo ha un valore immenso. Partire è stato strano, come lasciare la casa di un caro amico, con quel nodo in gola che ti fa dire “tornerò”. Perché sì, tornerò. Grazie Simone, davvero.

Michele e sua moglie sono gentilissimi. Ti fanno sentire come a casa. il giardino è bellissimo, l'appartamento enorme. ho apprezzato soprattutto il fatto che cucinando si potesse ammirare il giardino, che si potesse accedere allo stesso da una porta finestra e cenare fuori sotto il portico. In un'area riservata lontana dal caos in meno di 2 minuti si trovano tutti i servizi possibili. super consogliato

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Francescos Haus! Haus und Garten sind sehr großzügig. Francesco war immer ansprechbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Lido di garda ist ein netter kleiner Strand, der auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

"Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Cristina bedanken für die wundervolle Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß, mit einer perfekten Lage nahe am Meer. Die Gastfreundschaft von Christine war hervorragend. Wir haben hier eine unvergessliche Zeit verbracht. Die Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflüge nach Rom, das nur etwa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Und das Beste: Die nächste Stadt ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ideal für Einkäufe oder Essen."

From the moment we arrived, Francesco and Cinzia made us—and our two dogs—feel completely at home. Their warm welcome set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious, peaceful garden that was perfect for relaxing, and convenient on-site parking made everything so easy. The apartment itself is both stunning and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets this place apart are the hosts. Francesco and Cinzia went above and beyond—greeting us each day with genuine smiles and even surprising us with fresh eggs from their farm. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel more like cherished guests than visitors. We were so comfortable and content, we honestly didn’t want to leave. This is a special place, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Bella villa romana immersa in un ampio giardino fiorato e alberato completo di forno a legna e barbecue. I bambini hanno giocato allegramente con i giochi in dotazione dell' alloggio e hanno fatto incontri curiosi con la fauna volatile: abbiamo visto per la prima volta un picchio dal vivo! Una bella sorpresa il biliardino e il tavolo da ping pong e l' area per la colazione in giardino (tipo Mulino bianco). La cucina completa di tutto (in abbondanza stoviglie, servizi di piatti e bicchieri di buona qualità), dotata di lavastoviglie. Oltre al soggiorno c'è un' ampio ed elegante salone a piano terra. Abbia alloggiato in 8 + un neonato, per cui c'è stato fornito un lettino da campeggio pur non avendo dato preavviso. La mamma di Leonardo che avremmo voluto conoscere, si occupa in modo impeccabile della biancheria, e della gestione della casa. Il sig. Leonardo persona sensibile sui temi sociali, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, raccontandoci di un nostro caro compaesano. Inaspettata coinc!

Eine ganz wundervolle Unterkunft mit toller Dachterrasse! Wir haben jeden Tag in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen! Besonderes Plus : Luca ist ein wirklich toller, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns auch hier ganz wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt.

Valéria a été une superbe hôte, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Elle nous a donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour bous déplacer et visiter la ville et ses environs. Le logement avec sa grande terrasse et ses plantes est vraiment agréable le matin pour un petit déjeuner et le soir pour le dîner. Nous avons passé un super séjour et découvert des beaux endroits grâce aux conseils de Valéria. De plus,elle a été très compréhensible par rapport à notre arrivée tardive dû au retard de l'avion. Elle nous a accueilli à l'entrée de l'immeuble et a pris le temps de nous montrer tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Merci encore à elle.

Alloggio pulito, luminoso e silenzioso, poco distante dal centro di Latina, con tutti i comfort e anche di più (palestra e posto auto) Luca ci ha permesso l'accesso con il nostro cane di razza Labrador il che è una rarità. Inoltre è sempre disponibile a qualsiasi necessità qualora ce ne fosse bisogno. Consiglio vivamente Grazie Luca

We had a super stay in Perla's nice apartment. She was very attentive and helpfull when needed . Quick and easy access to the apartment, nice & clean . Perfect accommodation for a Family of 3 - we will for sure be back another time.

Super appartement à 2 min de la mers , hôtel sympathique. Je conseil juste d'avoir une voiture à disposition ou location pour séjourner ici, Rome à 40 min [ voiture ] donc parfait , sinon tout les commerces sont présent dans la ville de Torvaianica , super

Presente se necessario e allo stesso tempo discreto, disponibile e flessibile: i suoi sono consigli utili e preziosi. Casa pulita, funzionale e dotata di tutti i comfort base, accogliente e piacevole da vivere: ambienti con identità e personalità e poi dalla camera da letto principale la vista e’ da 10 e lode con affaccio sul mare. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Anzio dans l'appartement. On peut tout faire à pied. Chiara nous a bien accueilli elle est adorable. L'appartement est très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps.

Our family of 5 was wanting a place near the airport, but still with options if we had energy to do anything - we thought being near the beach and Ostia Antica would be a great location. We didn't end up doing either of those things, but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of a nearby restaurant (Fraschetta la Romanella). We also enjoyed relaxing in the living room and sitting out on the terrace. They also arranged transportation to the airport which was prompt and considerably cheaper than taking a van through Uber. Thank you!
