Charming accommodation in the countryside, perfectly located: in the N/O of Berlin, on the Berlin-Usedom bike path, right behind the city border, quiet, but only 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn, which will take you into the city center in 30 minutes. By bike or car you get to one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater path start directly at the house. Our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips due to the very good connection to the Berliner Ring.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room, bedroom and bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle we are within 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn train (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get there. Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

The guest house is part of a newly restored building from the 19th century (Silk weaver house). The house is a mezzanine with a double bed on the upper floor. The rezde chaussee is light flooded with big windows. It has a small kitchenette and wooden flooring. The steep stair leads to the bedroom with a ceiling window and sky view.

Modern, bright 64 m² apartment in a quiet location on the Berlin city border. The accommodation in a well-kept two-family house offers a view of greenery. The S-Bahn (line S2 directly to Mitte) can be reached in about 17 minutes on foot, alternatively there is a regular bus service. A supermarket and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are nearby. The A11 motorway exit is just a few minutes away. Fully equipped – with Wi-Fi, kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere.

Supermarkets, a bakery and drugstore are within walking distance. Parking and Wi-Fi (suitable for surfing/emails, not suitable for streaming/video calls) are available free of charge. Our location is in Panketal, right on the Berlin city border. There is a bus stop in front of the house.

Places to call home

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin.
