Charming accommodation in the countryside, perfectly located: in the N/O of Berlin, on the Berlin-Usedom bike path, right behind the city border, quiet, but only 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn, which will take you into the city center in 30 minutes. By bike or car you get to one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater path start directly at the house. Our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips due to the very good connection to the Berliner Ring.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room, bedroom and bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle we are within 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn train (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get there. Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Haus Prerow - Apartment with charm

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes, you can be with the public transport at Alexanderplatz. Offeni's and shopping centers are within walking distance. It's set in a quiet home settlement in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a studio apartment with bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and, if necessary, a crib. Free parking is available.

Various shops in a shopping street (10-minute walk) and a variety of restaurants (around the corner) are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn with connection to the main train station (35 min), Friedrichstraße (30 min), Zoological Garden (30 min), BER airport (60 min) is a 10-minute walk. Enjoy the tranquility in connection with the proximity to the city of Berlin.

Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Welcome to Berlin Mahlsdorf! Here, a simple studio apartment with bathroom awaits you. The place is a good retreat in the hustle and bustle of the big city and yet well connected: 5-minute walk to the tram to Köpenick 7-minute walk to the Mahlsdorf S-Bahn station 35 minutes by line S5 to Alexanderplatz Right on Bundesstraße 1. Despite everything, it is quiet here. The entrance to the apartment is separate from the house and equipped with its own key. Come by!

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. PS: If you look at the reviews, please do not be surprised, we have recently renovated the apartment extensively ;-)

Small country-style bungalow

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
