By bike or car you get to one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater path start directly at the house. Our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips due to the very good connection to the Berliner Ring.

Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

By S-Bahn (10-minute walk), you can reach Berlin City in 30 minutes without changing trains (at Friedrichstraße station or directly at the Brandenburg Gate). The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.
