Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room, bedroom and bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle we are within 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn train (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get there. Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Your large apartment (60 m²) is located on the northeastern outskirts of Berlin, in the middle of the Barnimer Feldmark, only 20 minutes to Berlin-Gesunbrunnen from Buch S-Bahn station. In addition to the bedroom, the cozy apartment has a sofa bed with a mattress width of 100 cm in the large living room.

This lovingly furnished apartment is located in a 2-story building with a Greek restaurant downstairs in the house. It is close to the S-Zepernick (30 minutes to Friedrichstr.) The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.
