Apartment holiday rentals in Neu-Ulm

Ivonne and her husband were both amazing hosts! They were easy to communicate with and both very accommodating. I loved their home and I’m thankful to have stayed there.

We had already been in this apartment a few years ago, and even this time we had a very good time. Great location, very clean and cozy. I would only add a few kitchen accessories like bowls and containers. Super equipped bathroom, equipped with everything you need. Thank you very much Ludovic!

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modernly furnished and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown, and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We were even able to have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

Thank you for everything, and sorry for the damaged fly screen. An employee ran into it at night and stumbled. We will of course replace it. Everything is great!

We immediately felt comfortable in this beautiful little apartment. Everything is sparkling clean and very nicely furnished, houseplants make the apartment really cozy. We were grateful that we could check in flexibly!

Very nice place, bit of everything. I spent my first week just visiting little towns within a 50 km radius. Ate like a pig, drank like a fish. PS .. you do of course need a car but parking is available right outside.

We felt super comfortable as a family for three nights. The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything we needed. There was really nothing missing - you can tell that someone is making an effort here.

We spent a night there as part of a family outing the next day to Legoland, which is a 20-minute drive from the apartment. The accommodation is very cozy, with a lot of charm and very well equipped. We enjoyed the "Biergarten" (a beautiful little terrace with lots of greenery on the roofs). We recommend it 300% whether it's for one night or a longer stay. It feels like home.

Heide is a great host, as is her husband. The place was extremely clean. There is a lot of space and it is very suitable for a small child. The kitchen is very well equipped with many small things, so you don't have to bring anything (salt, coffee, oil, ...) We got along really well and she gave us a tour of the farm. Thank you, Heide!

The stay was great, very clean and modernly furnished. We felt right at home. Rightly deserved full five stars!

The apartment is private, clean, and just the place we needed to become comfortable in Ulm. Perfect for pets as it's right on a beautiful park. Haris himself is friendly and communicative :)

I spent two nights in this accommodation and am completely thrilled. It was really everything you need - thoughtfully equipped, comfortably furnished and consistent on all levels. I would especially like to highlight the warm contact: The hosts were very friendly, attentive and generous. You can feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

We had a very nice vacation. The four of us are a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you spend more time outside than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. We thank you very much for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.
