Walkers and mountaineers benefit from the location; you can set off straight from the front door into the Gosaukamm area and up to the alpine pastures. In winter, ski tourers and snowshoe walkers save themselves the journey, as wonderful tours start right on our doorstep.Dachstein West ski region is 5 km away by car

In summer, hiking trails lead directly from the front door to alpine pastures and swimming lakes. In winter, ski trails, ski areas, and winter hiking trails await you nearby. Ideal for families, nature lovers, and guests with dogs.

SO Apartments EG - Filzmoos, Neuberg

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt am Eingang zum Lammertal. Gleich vom Haus aus könnt ihr zahlreiche Wanderungen unternehmen z.B. zum Lammertaler Urwald und im Winter die 10km lange Loipe laufen. Das Skigebiet Dachstein West mit 140 km präparierten Pisten erreicht ihr in weniger als 5 km. Auch wenn unser Haus schon ein wenig älter ist, wird es mit 100 % erneuerbaren Energien betrieben.
