The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

From this centrally located place, overlooking the Kaiser Mountains, you can be in all beautiful places in no time. You can start the first hiking tours after just a 5-minute drive. The picturesque Chiemsee, as well as many smaller lakes, can be found in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 5 minutes (walking), to Munich it is 40 minutes, Salzburg and Innsbruck 1 hour by train. A baker and innkeeper can be found in 100 m and all important shops are within walking distance or 2 minutes by car

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unobstructed views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower.

Vacation home at Siglhof

The newly renovated 55 m² apartment on the Siglhof in the nature and hiking paradise of Samerberg is the ideal accommodation to relax or to actively explore the beautiful landscape. In the spacious new bathroom, you can relax in the bathtub or refresh yourself under the floor-to-ceiling rain shower. A small balcony in the courtyard overlooking the forests of the adjacent Dandlberg invites you to linger. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the apartment door.

Upper room

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This small 3-room apartment is located at the foot of the picturesque market square of Neubeuern. Due to the special room layout, the different ceiling heights, the additional wood-burning stove and the individual room design, this "upper room" gets a certain "nest character." Balcony and terrace are just as available as a parking space and a bicycle shed (and bicycles). ... and suitable for winter sports enthusiasts!!!

Small apartment in the basement (with windows) of an apartment building. It is particularly suitable for active vacationers. Hikes to the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. Heated swimming pool and swimming lake nearby. It is conveniently located and can be reached via the highway. Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached in about 45 - 60 minutes. Recreational seekers enjoy the quietness of the small Dorfes Nußdorf am Inn.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
