Beautiful living in the southeast of Munich

In the basement of our well-kept semi-detached house in Ottobrunn we rent a separate apartment with a living room/bedroom (bed 140x200), another room with cooking facilities and dining/work table as well as a private shower room. All space has a window, so a lot of daylight no "basement feeling" comes up. Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer, internet DSL/Wi-Fi, TV (cable Germany)available; bed linen, towels are provided, shared use of the washing machine by arrangement. Our modern house is located in a green, very good residential area - the access to the motorway Salzburg and Nuremberg is very close, but not audible! It takes 20 minutes by car to reach the city center. Shops, restaurants, Phoenix adventure pool with sauna area, tennis courts, ice skating rink are within walking distance - Brunnthal Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away, the bus stop to the Ottobrunn S-Bahn or the Neuperlach-Süd underground station is a 5-minute walk away, parking in front of the house is no problem. We are very familiar with Munich and the surrounding area, are happy to give tips for things to do (culture, restaurants, beer gardens, events, excursions, shopping etc.) and try to find quick solutions if problems arise. We also speak English and look forward to nice guests!

Attractive apartment - Munich

We offer our fully equipped very attractive 2 room apartment . It can easily accommodate 4 people. Well connected by public transport. All of Munich's attractions Octoberfest,Marienplatz, Munich trade fair center can be reached in less than 30 Minutes. Its family friendly with a small play ground in the garden. In close proximity you will find the supermarkets, bakery and restaurants. Kitchen has all the equipments if you want to try out cooking. Nice coffee machine including beans.

Peaceful oasis on the outskirts of Munich

Cozy as at home. On the outskirts of Munich, our apartment is located on a wood. Sparkling, beating woodpeckers, collecting squirrels. And yet we are in the middle of Munich or at the fair in 20 minutes. The basement apartment consists of 2 rooms – sunrise for breakfast, evening light in the bedroom. It's wonderfully quiet at night. Forget about charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Do you want to cycle quickly to the bakery? – No problem.

A very comfortable, completely furnished and nicely decorated house with large social areas, big bedrooms, gym, garden and parking in a very nice area of Munich. 3 floors: Floor 1: Completely equipped kitchen, dining area and a large living room. Floor 2: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. Floor 3: Big bedroom, office space and gym. Free private parking. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, biergarten, nature and public transportation just around the corner.

The apartment is newly renovated. Neighborhood: Quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 8-min walk or 1-min bus. 15-min drive to Marienplatz.

Charming, quiet 2-room new apartment

The 2 -room apartment is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich, with covered south-facing balcony. Living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and hallway. You can reach the train (S-Bahn) in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It lasts - 10 minutes to eastStation, 20 minutes to Munich MainStation. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The newly renovated attic apartment is 65 square meters and has a separate entrance in a detached house. The stairs are relatively steep. It is complete and newly furnished. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The connection is very good. It is 4 minutes to the bus and 11 minutes to the S-Bahn (each on foot). After a 20-minute drive, you are in downtown Munich

Room double close to Messe and City Center

This place was fantastic! It felt very clean and was super easy to find with very clear check in instructions. We arrived pretty late as I worked during the day and when we got there we wanted to look at the town a little but Amadeusz was very understanding and made sure we got to the place alright. He also answered messages very quickly despite it being late which was nice of him. Finally, there is a bus station right outside that can bring you to the train station, but we always walked to the train station as it was nice out and the walk was only around 10 minutes. And the train ride was only like 15 minutes to the city centre. I would for sure recommend that people stay here!

I love Christel’s cozy apartment very much. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is easy to reach the main train station by metro. The room includes all what you need for a short stay. Christel provided me with very detailed instructions for check in and check out and is always very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

Martin's house was a really nice place to stay. Clean, quiet, thoughtfully organized. Only a twenty minute ride on the 145 bus to Ostbahnhof. Lovely walking or biking area very near by. The other tenants were all kind and respectful. Martin is a smart, well traveled person and fun to talk to. He is a native to Munich and can readily tell you what to see and how to get there. I found him to be solicitous but not intrusive. I had a great stay. Loved the house and the neighborhood. My room was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the blackout shades for the window. The bathroom was very clean. Perfect for my month long stay.

Manuela was very nice, friendly and accommodating. She even made it possible for us to enter the accommodation before the actual check-in time. The property itself is pleasantly quiet and the window of the room faces the garden. The value for money is very good and the Airbnb is definitely recommended!
