From the entrance hall of the house, there is direct access to shops, restaurants, a cinema or a fitness center. The riverside promenade starts under the building and offers a number of restaurants, cafes with endless outdoor seating options. The promenade continues to the city center. The apartment is ideal for business travelers due to its central location.

On the covered terrace, an INFRARED SAUNA and a TUB BATH are available to our guests. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Living on the second longest river in Europe brings a lot of experiences and unforgettable views of the spectrum of animals. Each season has its own specifics and the houseboat is habitable all year round. Floor heating and a romantic stove guarantee warmth in winter. Life directly on the water brings many possibilities, especially those associated with water. You can rent a paddle board, water bike, canoe, electric boat, or motor boat, or ride a speedboat to the center of Bratislava, or to Devín Castle.

Welcome to the holiday home DAS HAUS AM PIER! Situated right on the waterfront of Lake Neusiedl. Combining modern and well designed interior with great outdoors. The house perfectly accomodates up to three couples, two families or a group of up to 7 guests - or use it as your home office at the lake. Enjoy the sauna and afterwards dive into the lake. Enjoy water and sun on your private sundeck or from the terrace upstairs. Have dinner with friends and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Small summer house on Lake Neusiedl

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
