Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Neukirchen am Großvenediger

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).

Best choice for tourists in Innsbruck

The place is very quiet and nicely decorated. It was also very clean and you have a beautiful view of the countryside from the balcony. Alexandra and her family were very friendly, she helped us with questions at any time and we even got some helpful hiking tips from her mother. The accommodation is therefore recommended overall.

We spent 13 days and never could we complain that something would be missing to make the place perfect - it truly was! Washing machine, ski boots dryer, accessible zone for skiing areas, and well-equipped kitchen, just lovely :)

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Beautiful place!! We felt at home instantly. The apartment is super comfy and cosy, the area is gorgeous, Maria is very kind and the space had everything we needed. It actually is bigger than it looks on the pictures, so highly recommend booking this clean & cute place! 💜✨

We rented this apartment for 2 weeks and no regrets at all! The apartment was clean, cozy, well heated and so clean. There is everything you might need for a living and if you need anything else the host and her wonderful mother (who lives in this house) are always in touch and are ready to help. Also the view from the apartment is spectacular. Highly recommend this apartment and we will be happy to come back again.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment in the accommodation. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy; perfectly equipped and we especially liked the roof terrace. Despite the fact that the accommodation is in the city center, it was amazingly quiet. As a starting point for any business, it was great for us! Communication with Andreas was very pleasant and fast from the beginning. Andreas is a friendly, communicative guy :) Conclusion: highly recommended!

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a wonderful week in Dagmar's apartment. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need as a family with two children. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Buses leave nearby for the Kronplatz ski resort, but we used the car for this. Communication with Dagmar and Max was totally pleasant, all questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at Natalie's place. Very serene and peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle of the town but super convenient to get to the centre and hbf in less than 15 mins by bus. Bus stop is hardly 60m away and with the mobility ticket we travelled everywhere within Salzbutg free on public transport. The balcony was the best place in the house and I loved to sip my morning tea there, welcomed by the chirping of birds. Loads of wardrobe space and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg. thank you Natalie for the beautiful experience.
