Very elegant /charming cottage on the city border to Neumünster for up to 6 people. Neumünster has a great connection to Hamburg (A7) 40 minutes, Kiel 30 minutes, or the Baltic Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes. An outlet center, the Holstenhallen are super easy to reach about 15 minutes by car. The house has two bedrooms on the upper floor as well as a sofa bed in the living room. There is of course WiFi/Netflix!! In the house. The small cottage has a small sitting area with a beach chair.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

A garden with barbecue area for exclusive use. Kiel can be reached in 15 minutes by car or after a 15-minute walk and 15-minute train ride. The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

Good place to explore Hamburg, Kiel. Very good shopping at the McArthurGlen Outlet Center, Nortex, Holstengalerie. Close to Holstenhalle ( fairs, horse auctions) -> 6 km. Close to autobahn A7/E45, good train/bus connection. To Hamburg airport 40 min (bus connection from the aiport to Neumünster available).

Our apartment has a new, cozy kitchen-living room, a newly renovated shower room with natural light and washing machine, a cozy bedroom with desk and a spacious living room with panoramic window facing the lake. It is located directly at Bordesholmer See. The terrace and garden are available. Shops are within walking distance. Dogs are welcome. An ideal location for (cycling) hiking, excursions to the North Sea and Baltic Sea or shopping in Kiel and Neumünster.

If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. A “fire tv stick” is available to log in with Netflix & Co. 's own account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.
