Relax with the whole family at this small house in the countryside. Located between Le Mans, the Alpes Mancelles and Sainte-Suzanne. - On the ground floor, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 single 90 x 190 cm beds, and a toilet. The accommodation benefits from games, books, balloons, and bath towels. This small house is attached to our home.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier.
