This 800-square-foot private, 1 bedroom/2 bathroom artist-created house with a big indoor jacuzzi tub that will relax your day away, is full of inspiring and refined details 3/4-mile from the quaint and historic town of Nevada City. The bedroom has a queen bed; the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The yard is enclosed with a stucco fence. A wonderful 100-year-old walnut tree shades the backyard.
