This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. There is a loft that can accommodate additional guests. Located just 3 1/2 miles from downtown Grass Valley and 5 miles from Nevada City, CA.

Lovely 370 square foot cottage less than ten-minute drive through nice forrest road to both the Yuba River and Downtown. Hiking, paddle boarding, and mountain biking are all around you here, along with wonderful restaurants and shops.
