This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. There is a loft that can accommodate additional guests. Located just 3 1/2 miles from downtown Grass Valley and 5 miles from Nevada City, CA.

Hiking, paddle boarding, and mountain biking are all around you here, along with wonderful restaurants and shops. We take great pride in providing crisp, white sheets, nice hand soap, Quality Hair Products, Starbucks and Peet's coffee, cream, wine, heated mattress pad. A few stairs inside the house between levels. Lovely patio outside. Fire and smoke cancellation allowed day of stay.
