We loved out stay at this adorable A frame home. Felt nice and cozy and perfect for our family of 5. Would stay again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

It was great but there were a few broken things, but I let them know and they noted them no biggie. Other than great my friends and I had a great time. Nice, clean, and great location with fun stuff to do.

We had a very nice stay. You could tell there was a lot of thought put in to making guests feel comfortable, accommodated and informed. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beautiful lake.

Second time visiting. Enjoyed the rustic charm of the cabin and the peaceful forest around. Wonderful place to slow down and rest away from the buzz. Big Pond is full in spring and kayaking it alongside geese was such a wonderful experience! Appreciate the place and Adam being such a welcoming host.

I can’t say enough about David’s place. This little cottage has all the feelings of home. It’s super cozy and has a great location. The view is stunning from the deck. David was great about communicating with me and responding to questions. I hope to be able to return to Lake Tahoe someday and I will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you so much for sharing your little spot of paradise with us!

Perfect place to stay at for a cozy weekend in the Tahoe area. Heater for the house and water works great and driveway has space for 2 cars easily. Kitchen also has all the Tupperware you will need.

Great stay. For a family of 3 + 2 little dogs, this "gingerbread" cottage was perfectly located and perfectly sized for us. We always stay in King's Beach whenever we visit Tahoe (quieter, less touristy), and this cottage was a last minute find for us for our annual ski-trip. We did have a water issue where the main water line was closed (to prevent the frozen pipes in the winter). But we were able to resolve the issue with the friendly property manager right away. Overall super-cute, and literally every little nook and cranny was well used to provide rather tiny space. We did a lot of cooking in a small kitchen which had everything you really need. Our little poodles LOVED the backyard and wouldn't come inside. Def will come back to the property again!

One of my favorite Airbnbs ever! You can hear a creek from the cabin, which adds to the magic. Super clean and well-appointed for being so cozy!

Great location and lovely place. Easy access and great communication with Amy. This is a perfect place for 2 if you want to escape to Tahoe for a long weekend.

Perfect if you want a get away free of distractions. The place was just as described and really well kept. A family of deer live in the area so it was a wonderful surprise to catch them walking around the property from the deck. We look forward to coming back in the summer time when we can explore the swimming holes in the area, and make use of the outdoor shower.

We LOVED staying at Rose's tiny house. The design is beautiful and clever, and the interior is tastefully decorated. The house felt very spacious, including the bathroom. The place was squeaky-clean all around and had a delightful smell of wood. The location is very convenient, minutes away from downtown and the Fairgrounds. The hosts were very responsive and offered to came over to help when we had questions, so we got to meet them. They are super nice and warm. We hope to come back soon. Thank you Rose and Artie!

Our family enjoyed Elizabeth’s cabin. It was indeed very cozy and it had all the amenities we needed for our short trip. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children ages 3, 7 and 12) and we were all comfortable. We love the rustic feel of the cabin especially the stove fireplace. It was such a great experience using it and it kept the whole place warm. I think my favorite part was the heat lamp in the bathroom! It kept us warm after we showered. There is a really nice creek a few feet away from the cabin and we took pictures of it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we had everything we needed and Elizabeth was extremely helpful with answering our questions during our stay. Thank you for welcoming us Elizabeth, we will definitely come back!

My husband and I had the most relaxing time. We could have moved in! The tiny house was simple, peaceful, beautifully kept/ decorated. The view was amazing! We spent a lot of time on the front porch listening to the birds sing and the deer walk by. It’s super close to downtown Grass Valley. We highly recommend.

A splendid getaway in the woods with beautiful garden, cute goats, and cozy vibes. Jerre is a wonderful host that makes you feel at home. The two dogs and a cat always come by to say hello asking for pets. Hummingbird House is a serene hideaway for those that want to get away from the city and into nature. It was an experience we would absolutely do again. 😌

Wonderful place to stay in Tahoe! Well stocked kitchen, good washer/dryer, cozy atmosphere. Katie was a great communicator. They even have nice cast iron pans! Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Cozy, clean and relaxing. The space was as described and featured in photos. And the tap water tasted delicious!

Wonderful value in great location in the woods. Lean and friendly with some games and a hot tub. Ten min walk to the beach. Adorable cabin with everything you need! Loved that we didn’t have to run around for supplies as soon as we got there. Great layout and comfortable beds. Would be nice to have local recommendations for things to do and a couple of extra blankets for the couch. Great host with fast communication. Thanks for letting us use your home. We stayed at Laura and Dan’s gorgeous home for our wedding weekend as our venue was in Newcastle! The house was perfect for us and our bridal party! It was the perfect house to gather with all our closest family and friends and enjoy! From the pool table, to the hot tub and the bunk room for a girls slumber party it was perfect! Laura and Dan were excellent hosts and we hope to stay again. We shared lots of laughs and memories were made! Cheers! Connor & Maggie
