Holiday rentals with an EV charger in New England

Our experience at Carrie's studio apartment was just what we needed after a busy day attending to a family project. The apartment is spacious and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, couches and lounging chair. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom neat and clean. Although we didn't have much time to enjoy it, a small outside porch overlooking a lower garden and an expanse of a neighbor's green lawn was an added perk. The apartment is a short walk into the village of Shelburne Falls with its diverse shops, many eateries, pharmacy (good spot for an ice cream soda), small grocery store (an organic oriented store is just across the bridge), bookstore, and very nice wine store (near the Pot Holes). Don't miss Gypsy Apple, a culinary treat for a special occasion (check for the evenings open as they are limited). Our respite at Carrie's was peacefully quiet and restorative. I have no reservations about recommending Carrie's lodging.

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

Roy place was amazing! Fantastic view, quiet, cozy, private. All info about surroundings were left in the apartment. Very easy access to this place, and fridge was loaded with home made goodies. The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, we hope to visit again!!

What a beautiful place to stay in the Hudson Valley. The view from the property is just breathtaking. Dan’s place is very clean, open and beautifully furnished. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

The getaway apartment was just as described. Peaceful, private, and with ample space and amenities for a family of three. We enjoyed our weekend!

Our stay here in Newburgh was lovely! This place was well-stocked, very very clean, fabulously eclectic, and spectacularly spacious! We loved having two restrooms and being so close to the river and to Hudson Taco!! As the Host mentions, do carefully consider how much you care about “neighbor noise.” While I brought slippers to kindly observe the “no shoes in the house” rule, the tenants above us rudely did not. We couldn’t hear voices, but the heavy footsteps kept us awake until 1 o’clock in the morning on a weeknight and woke us up at 6:30 AM on Saturday morning. The dog scampering around or crying and whining loudly every time it was left alone in the house was also hard to bear despite our bringing ear plugs. We would 100% stay again if Sarah would kindly have us. We’re sure to have more considerate neighbors next time. Thank you for creating such a lovely space at an affordable rate.

We had an amazing stay at Bjorn's beautiful home where it was as picture-perfect as advertised! It is a gorgeous and modern home that was clean, well-stocked, and uniquely designed in such stunning surroundings (even in the rainy weather!). We cannot recommend Bjorn's home enough and are so appreciative of his accommodations in helping us celebrate our Middlebury grad!

Beautiful home with water views, amazing location to walk or drive into Portsmouth or the outlets in Kittery.

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

We had the best weekend at the house with our two young children and dog. We loved the house, we loved exploring the property and close by water. We couldn't be closer to town. I can't wait to go back again!

Uncommon Accommodations was truly a great, peaceful getaway! My partner and I really enjoyed being so close to Stowe while also getting to be tucked away in a little pocket of nature right near a beautiful river and waterfall. Our cabin was clean and filled with everything we needed for a couple days away. The hot tub and the fireplace were also a great treat! We had a lot of fun decompressing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend this campground for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting! This was the perfect place for a quiet week away. The home was well maintained, had all the amenities you need, the interior was comfy and cozy, and the outdoor space was nice and private. Great communication and recommendations from the host, we would definitley choose to stay here again.

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

Lucy’s farmhouse was tranquil and peaceful. Very clean and well maintained. She was very responsive and friendly and made us feel like home. I would definitely recommend to everyone and will come back again

C'était un séjour exceptionnel chez Audré, en contact avec la nature et tout près d'un magnifique plan d'eau - la propreté était immaculé, et des belles petites attentions très appréciés (lait, muffins, pain, café, etc.) nous ont simplifier la vie. We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

For the place for a three nights stay, and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and cozy ambient, with modern furniture and everything we need for our stay. The two bedroom are spacious, and the kitchen is will equipped. The living room with dining table is a highlight, with a corner officer and a reading corner, full of books and Japanese sports car books and magazines - of you're into JDM cars or their North American counterparts, it's a joy to check it out. Well worth the money spent.

L'appartement est parfait dans sa conception, la décoration est vraiment sympa ce qui rend l'ensemble très agréable et chaleureux. L'équipement dans la cuisine est plutôt complet et permet de prendre ses repas sans problème, ce qui est très appréciable. Surtout qu'il y a un supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Tout était parfaitement propre. L'emplacement est très pratique : nous sommes allés visiter le Vieux Québec à pieds. Nous avons également pu garer notre voiture gratuitement dans un parking proche, ce qui est un avantage très appréciable. Tout petit bémol : la vue qui n'est pas super mais ce n'est pas bien grave. Je recommande Alyson et son appartement à 100%
