Exceptional, beautiful, and spacious. Just needed a place to spend the night prior to picking up the boat the next day. It’s so easy to check-in and soooooo much better than staying at a hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Kristina was a wonderful host for my friends and I over a long weekend. She was very responsive and the Airbnb was fill of suggestions for local nature walks, farmers markets, beaches, and restaurants. The place was spotless and set in such a peaceful neighborhood. I wish we could’ve have stayed longer!

What a lovey place to stay! You can’t beat the location and the hosts went above and beyond making such a creative space. Make sure you read the description. There isn’t a tv and the windows make it bright in the morning but we loved it all the more for it. I wish we could have stayed longer and if we are coming back through we will definitely stay again! Host was great and super helpful. We walked down to Dots for breakfast in the morning and truly enjoyed our time in Wilmington.

Wonderful place on the edge of Baker Pond. Quiet & Serene with a small beach on an idyllic lake. Kathleen & Mike were wonderful hosts for myself and my two dogs. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Michele and her husband were absolutely amazing! So incredibly kind and their home is on a beautiful piece of property. Situated in a remote area in between York and Ogunquit it was easy to get ANYWHERE! Michele was incredibly responsive with questions, recommendations, and just about anything you could need. I would HIGHLY recommend staying with them!

We had an excellent stay while attending our son's graduation at UCONN. The place was clean and homey, perfect when traveling back and forth. Our plans changed and we did not bring our dog, and Ashley was kind enough to refund us. My son goes back to UConn in the fall for his master's, and we know where we will stay again next May.

Wonderful stay, the place was in a beautiful location, walkable to Wolfe’s Neck Farm where we love to walk. My husband and I were there the first few days, then our adult daughter joined us for two nights. The place is small (described accurately) but the three of us found it very workable. The king bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of outside patio space to lounge and soak up the sun when it was out. This was a work trip for us as we were getting a property in a nearby town ready for sale. We didn’t have time to use the provided kayaks but hope to in a future stay. The hosts very friendly and accommodating, highly recommended this property.

Thank you Kaedra for creating such a lovely place to stay to get away. My husband and I stayed here after getting married at Fruitlands and Kaedra went above and beyond by decorating the room with fresh flowers and putting out some thoughtful poetry for us to read. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. The loft is full of charm and it felt like a home away from home.

This place was so cute! The location was private and though we didn’t get to use the pool or the hot-tub due to time constraints they looked divine! There was a cute guest book that had local recommendations for activities and food along with some guidelines for the use of the amenities. Overall it was a great stay, I would recommend and stay again!

Our stay here was our favorite Airbnb experience to date in all of our vacations together. From the beautiful, bright, airy space inside, the sauna, the hot tub in the center of green, trees, and mountains, our expectations were exceeded on every level. We didn’t bring our bikes this time, but certainly will be next time we stay here. We got to visit with the cows, walk the beautiful and private walking path along the property, and got to enjoy the quiet and peaceful ambiance that nature provides. Our hosts were so proactive in offering information that we never needed to ask a single question. We felt so taken care of, prepared for the best possible stay, and we were truly so sad to leave. You will love it here!

We enjoyed a peaceful gateway at this location. The Airbnb was surrounded by tranquil nature. The bed was one of the most comfort beds we have stayed in. It was very clean and bright/open. Highly recommend and would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Logan’s place. Everything was exactly as described. Very short walk to my favorite beach. I am originally from the area and can vouch personally a location like this is unheard of in the area, a short walk to the city’s most popular beach where you don’t need to worry about parking to get in is a huge plus. Everything looked like the pictures and Logan was available via direct message if I needed anything but I felt as though my privacy was respected which was appreciated.

I am so glad we got to spend a wonderful week resting and relaxing at Matthew's rental unit. The interior was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and comfortable. And the outside was neat and well maintained. Along with the beautiful plants and atmosphere from the outside. Also so glad I got to meet Kai! Wonderful place!!

This space is SUPER cute, immaculate, and very roomy. It's hard to do it justice in phtotos. It's kind of old-world charm meets modern amenities: there's a fireplace and a piano ... and also a Firestick TV with lots of entertainment options. Cathedral ceilings with recessed lighting ... and also several lamps to light every nook and cranny. It's also extremely well appointed with everything you could want or need: coffee/tea, TV, hairdryer, snacks, dishes, etc. Kerry and Brandon have thought of everything - and I mean everything - to make your stay just a little more comfortable. They were super communicative, accessible and kind. It's on the second floor accessible via and outdoor staircase and deck, which means you get your own private large deck as well. I would definitely stay here again!

This place exceeded all expectations we had for our stay. Every little detail was well thought out and made us feel right at home and spoiled rotten. The sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, robes, and espresso machine made us feel like we had booked our stay at a private spa. The kids also had a blast with plenty to do in the house and plenty to explore out of the house. Bike path, dog park, little free library spots sprinkled all over the adorable neighborhood… just perfect. Z was beyond helpful with space info and meeting his family in person was such a treat. Think of your favorite Airbnb host, and I promise you, Z and his wife are better;) We were in the area for a wedding and don’t have much to come back for, but we are seriously considering coming back just to stay in this adorable and tranquil retreat again. Thank you Z and L!! You’re fantastic and so is this space. You didn’t miss a thing!

Spent a week just outside of Boston on business. Couldn't have been happier with their place. Beautiful, quiet, safe area, really nice welcoming hosts. Comfortable furniture, bedding, nice bathroom. Had treats waiting for us and everything was supplied that we needed. Will stay again if back in the area. I recommend Kennedys Pub for a good dinner that is nearby (<5 min).

Liz was an absolutely stellar host! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. She provided thoughtful local recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails—every one we tried was a hit. The property itself is a gem: secluded enough for peace and privacy, yet conveniently close to major roads, making day trips and excursions easy. The backyard leading straight to the river was a highlight—perfect for relaxing or exploring. Whether you’re traveling with dogs or without, I highly, highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent instructions and directions. All information was clearly stated. Unit is the lower floor of beautiful house. Entry was via keypad to a door around the back. Place is very spacious and extremely clean. Highly recommended .

Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme, gerade auch durch den Vintage-Style.. Es ist alles da - Parkplatz, Heizung, Warmwasser, Waschmaschine (wenn nötig), voll ausgestattete Küche, Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe, ein tolles Restaurant. Das Bett empfanden wir als etwas weich, aber das mag Geschmackssache sein. Steven kümmert sich hinreißend und zeitnah um seine Gäste. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

This space is so lovely. It is clean, cozy, and comfortable. There are a lot of windows so the natural light is beautiful. The best part, though, is the backyard -- I spent mornings in bed with tea and a book, while watching deer hang out in the backyard. Also loved hanging out on the deck or in the hot tub. Carolyn and Harvey were friendly and available to answer questions. I highly recommend this space, I had a beautiful stay there.

Peter's lovely granddaughter greeted us upon arrival and helped us get settled. And Peter was also very communicative from booking to departure and seemed like a great guy! The place had so many thoughtful touches such providing oat milk, charging cords, and helpful restaurant recommendations. We certainly enjoyed our stay

Jay and Heather were so kind. We booked their space with one event in mind, and had a lot of shifts that we needed to pivot quickly for. Heather and Jay were so accommodating, letting us know when things were flexible, communicating when we needed, and answering any questions we had. The AC was on the fritz when we arrived, but they communicated it immediately, told us the repair schedule, and said to let them know of there were any issues with the temperature and they would figure out a way to remedy it. Not to mention the space was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and a much-needed space to unwind and connect. Beautiful garden as well! Highly recommend and would stay here again.

great experience, really enjoyed it. it was difficult to find even with GPS. it would have been better if the property was easier to identify.

This was our 2nd time here (1st stay Aug. 2021), and it was just as nice as I remembered it. Very thankful for the well-stocked kitchen since we brought our Thanksgiving meal with us. The views can’t be beat, even in late November when there were storm clouds! It was actually really cool to experience the powerful ocean winds and very reassuring to know that we were warm and safe indoors. Downtown Gloucester and Rockport are easy to get to, and being tucked away in this part of Lanesville is ideal if you want ocean views and some peace & quiet. Nearby Essex and Ipswich are also easy to get to. Roseann is very proactive w/her communication, which I appreciate!
