The Treehouse is a place where magic happens. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or both. Sleep amongst the trees on a 7 acre 1825 farm. Meet Whirly, Gig and Belle. Find all 7, fairy houses. Go on a treasure hunt. Poke about our paths or explore the Airline trail, just off the property. S’mores, campfires, ghost stories and more. Meet our chickens. Spot deer, ducks or “Blue”, our resident blue heron. Adventure is in the air at the Hollow. Or nap in the hammock.

Luxury Year-round Treehouse with private hot tub

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. This 15-acre forest retreat on Littlefield Pond offers our guests an experience that feels like a trip up to the woods of northern Maine, but is closer to home and to all the attractions of southern Maine.

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. The price is $200 per night for 2 people (my price before commission and fees). Additional guests above the 2 are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for people with mobility issues.

Treetop Sanctuary

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove, Fridge. Bring; *SLEEPING BAGS* or Blankets/Linens (queen size) Pots and pans, (If You wish to cook on the stove) Accepting children 10 +up. Absolutely no pets. During winter months only accepting guests with 4wd.

Water Forest Retreat- Tree House

Water Forest Retreat Tree House is a 168 sq ft. private heated and electrified tiny home with stained glass windows surrounding an oak tree nestled on 56 acres of forest. Enjoy your favorite drink out on the deck up in the trees while watching the birds. There are 2 1/2 miles of hiking trails with a brook, waterfall, marsh and pond. Nestled in the woods on a quiet, private rd with no neighbors in sight, the treehouse is just 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Mt. Abram and 10 minutes to downtown Bethel. The treehouse is abutted by 626 acres of Bucks Ledge Community Forest (7 miles of hiking/snowshoeing trails accessible from the treehouse).
