Holiday rentals with a fireplace in New Hanover County

Jonas Place is absolutely beautiful and is above and beyond with amenities. The furnishings are new and beds are very comfortable! We had and awesome time and actually added a day to our trip With ease. Our pups loved the backyard and they have 2 magnificent Southern Magnolias covered in blossoms. It’s conveniently located to beach and town in a very nice neighborhood filled with neighbors strolling children and walking dogs We will definitely be back. Dennis was an AMAZING host! The house was perfect. The outdoor shower would be a great convenience for a larger group than we had. The back yard is HUGE and was fun for playing cornhole and yard games. We’ll definitely book again when we return to Wilmington!

Vickie was a wonderful host, very responsive & proactive, making sure we had what we needed to enjoy our time there. The place is nicely decorated & the beds comfortable to sleep in. Easy to drive downtown & to the area beaches.

this house was absolutely amazing. It felt like a home. Everything was so comfortable. hosts were very nice. A whole fence backyard with toys and surfboards for the kids. Games and more this is perfect for a family trips really close to the beach less than 20 minutes away. Perfect house.

we had 4 generations from NY CALIFORNIA AND NC variety of ages. we loved everything about our stay. beautiful backyard w great lounging while kids played endlessly in pool. The house was well stocked w our needs and very clean. Having TVS in all rooms were great. in a heartbeat I would return! we walked the neighborhood which was safe and inviting. lastly my mom and myself loved the flowers and landscaping. our stay was worth every penny!!

Our stay at Timothy's place was fantastic. The home was very clean and well cared for. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We will definitely look for availability at Timothy's place next time we are in Wilmington with a group!

We would absolutely stay here again! Home was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations. Our needs were fully anticipated - everything from coffee filters and coffee to shampoo, conditioner and Q-tips. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Joel and Lauren had a beautiful cozy place to stay. They had a great kitchen set up coffee and so on. They were very responsive and we had everything we needed. We will definitely look to stay again. Perfect for 4 people. Close to a lot to do but far enough to feel peaceful. We loved the artsy touches in the decor. Thanks again for having us!!!!

Our stay was just the getaway we needed! Lary’s place was extremely clean and comfortable! the outdoor space and landscaping were spectacular, it felt like being at a resort. the neighborhood was quite and relaxing, however not walkable to town as there are not many side walks. definitely rent a bike or a golf cart!

Melissa has been fabulous! The space is perfect for a Wilmington stay. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to the beach! I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.

This Airbnb has so much charm and character! The kitchen was stocked with all the spices and condiments we needed, especially for cooking seafood. There are so many little activities included. For example; a sound system, card games, and outdoor equipment (chairs, skim board, shovel). Sam is a wonderful host, very attentive. One evening, a small situation came up and he responded to our message immediately. In fact, he showed up to help at 11 pm! We truly enjoyed our stay. Wrightsville is such a special place. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town!

This condo provided a great stay for my family in Carolina Beach. the neighborhood was quiet and had very close beach access. With just a short drive to the boardwalk it proved to be a great location. The condo was spacious and clean. The instructions provided by Jody were easy to follow.

We booked for a weekend trip to explore Wilmington and have a get away! Our trip was great as the airbnb was conveniently minutes to downtown, Ubers were easy to book. We plan on staying here yearly! It’s so nice to find great hosts who were very accommodating and responsive.

Julia was such a wonderful host! So kind and helpful. She had so many recommendations for restaurants and activities. Her condo was absolutely beautiful- her attention to all the small details was impeccable. She even had a bottle of wine to welcome us to her place. Everything from the cleanliness to the thoughtful decorative touches were just perfect and really made it feel like we were in a 5-star hotel. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for our one-week stay. Our favorite spot was the oceanfront balcony - the chairs and umbrella made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.
