The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop. Host occasionally occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Also a washing machine and a very small dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!
