Holiday rentals with an EV charger in New Haven

Was in a good location for work. Am coming down from MA frequently so not being cramped in a hotel room is a nice perk. S.P. replied promptly to any inquiries, questions or other.

My family came in for my May 24 wedding and stayed a week at Shelley’s place. They loved every minute of it. The home is newly renovated, spotless, peaceful, and just like the photos. Check-in was smooth, and Shelley was incredibly responsive and helpful. It truly felt like staying with an old friend who was not present but guided you through the process! A rare gem in the heart of New Haven, we’ll definitely be back. I appreciate you Shelley❤️

very pleasant place. clean & bright. nice furnishings. shelly was available and friendly. internet worked well. code access to doors was great. parking behind the house is spacious and convenient, but be sure to read the instructions as otherwise you may not find it. club across the street and young men on the sidewalk made the outside a bit scary at first, but they kept to themselves. the inside felt quite safe and secure.

Our stay was wonderful! Thank you to the Hyatus group for being excellent hosts. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and is centrally located near everything. Would recommend to any friend and or family member.

Great place. Very accurate description and extremely clean. Street parking was always available within a few houses. Very interesting transitional neighborhood with easy access to various parts of New Haven proper. I'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!

This was such a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully updated—modern, clean, and incredibly well thought out, with everything you could need. You can tell the hosts put real care into creating a warm, curated space that still feels effortless. The kitchen was stocked, the check-in was smooth, and every detail felt easy and comfortable. The property itself is stunning, and nearby there are open fields with mowed walking paths, and incredible views all around. We discovered a great little hiking loop nearby, passed by Shakespeare’s Garden, and explored some charming towns in the area, like Newtown. There’s also surprisingly good food around—especially a nearby Indian spot we loved. It was the perfect blend of peaceful escape and things to do. Just a day there still felt like a real reset. Couldn’t recommend it more, and I’m already looking forward to coming back

⸻ Great Stay in a Lovely Black Rock Neighborhood We really enjoyed our stay at 65 Calderwood Court. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of supplies, and the beds were cozy after a full day of exploring. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Seabright Beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Staying during Black Rock Day was a nice bonus; we could easily join in the festivities and then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home. Allie was responsive and made the check-in process smooth. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we’d happily stay here again when visiting the area.

Immaculate, beautiful comfortable home on beach block with beautiful water views. Adriana and Robert were amazing, gracious hosts and couldn’t have been more responsive. Among our best Airbnb rentals ever!

Our visit started and ended with beautiful sunsets across the water. There is so much to explore in this very thoughtful and luxurious home. There are chargers for your phone in most of the rooms. If you are a coffee lover, there is a Nespresso machine with coffee pods and Nespresso milk frother. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels and toiletries in both bathrooms. The walking trail along the water is just across the street. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return.

The property was like going back in time to a mid-century modern luxury vacation home. The Design and interior of the house were well preserved and restored to its original state. The rooms and hallways are graced with Popular art of its time. Artists and designers are honored throughout the space. Even though everything feels like it belongs in an Art Museum, there are Modern luxuries. Modern additions are blended in well with the original feel of the house. Our Host Davis made our check in smooth and was quick to respond when we had any inquiries. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything that you need. It was a most pleasant Father’s Day weekend. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous lakehouse! Honestly, the pictures don't do the place justice. The lake was lovely, and the house was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The furnishings and decorations were far nicer than you often find in an airbnb; it felt like a true home. Everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy the lake was provided, from canoes and kayaks to inner tubes, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all manner of cooking utensils and basic spices/condiments. Linda and Dick were great--very communicative and easy to get ahold of, but left us to our privacy otherwise. Would absolutely go back again!

We were visiting Fairfield for our youngest son's graduation. We are a big family, all adult children. The house was everything we had hoped for - a beautiful, roomy, easy to use kitchen with a big dining table where we could enjoy each other's company. Rooms and beds for all that were so comfortable. The scenery this time of the year was amazing. As a big family, having a place to meet and spend time together is of utmost importance for us and we were able to accomplish this during our stay. We live in the neighborhood of Liz’s house and held a 3 day reunion of 17 old friends staying both in her place and ours. Yes, it’s even better than the pictures! Lots of large, spacious rooms for gathering, wonderful outdoor pool with tons of seating, exceptional kitchen where of course everyone tended to congregate. Am already thinking about a future large family gathering. Liz was a gracious, helpful and generous host. We can testify from long experience living a few houses away that the neighborhood, beaches and sound make a wonderful setting for a gathering. Very appreciative that Liz and family share their house with others this way.
