Apartment holiday rentals in New Jersey

Wow this place was amazing! My mom and I stayed there for 9 days and we absolutely loved it. The living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, everything is fully equipped and nice. The house looks even better than the photos. Yulia was a great host too. My package got delivered upstairs and she brought it down to my door. Very sweet, great stay :)

Enjoyed our stay on 4th Street. The apartment is clean and comfortable—a great spot for exploring local eateries and accessing the bus to NYC. And Mei is a responsive host.

Tamayo was a great host, and this was a lovely stay! The apartment had great views. It was clean and orderly, and looked just like the pictures. Tamayo was available if we needed anything at all, and even brought us an extra blanket, which was so sweet! The location was alright -- garbage was piled up outside the building for most of our stay. I don't know how garbage pick-up works in NJ, there's no bins. Either way, it was unpleasant to walk past. But there's nothing to be done about that! I would keep that in mind, but it was ABSOLUTELY worth it either way! A great price for a great place! We never had a chance to check-out the rooftop, but if I come back to NJ, I'll keep this place in mind! Thanks again!! :)

Our stay was very good. The house was good. Our host was nice but the location had a smell and it was not safe to roam there after sunset. We were scared.

Such a cute spot to stay while town for a few days. As noted in the listing, parking can be a bit of a challenge but that’s city life for you. We’re (former) locals so the neighborhood was very familiar, safe and quiet. The apartment was great, very cozy, and Brooke was fantastic at communication, very responsive and helpful. Overall I would recommend and would stay here again.

First time using Airbnb and Mike was super helpful in going over rules, instructions, and providing directions to and from NYC to NJ. Everything was very clean and spacious. I fell in love with the kitchen and how everything was easy to use. After a long day of exploring NYC, coming back to the Airbnb was refreshing. Mike is always super responsive and open to questions and updates! If you’re looking for a nice, clean, quiet space to spend your time away from home this is the perfect spot!

Great host. Stellar communication. He accommodated me in every way possible. The place was clean and same as the pictures. Traveling to NY is easy by the PATH newark penn station which is 10 mins away from uber!

Schönes Airbnb im Kellergeschoss in ruhiger Lage mit kleinem Außenbereich, fußläufig zu der U-Bahn und viele einladende Geschäfte und Lokale. Ben und Janine waren äußerst fürsorglich und freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und eine große gasbetriebene Küche, was uns gefallen hat.

Perfect place for a NY weekend. Calm and nice area and easy to reach Manhattan via train. A cosy studio with everything you need. I would definitely book here again.

Passamos alguns dias e foi tudo perfeito. O espaço acomoda bem 3 pessoas. A localização é muito boa. Bairro tranquilo, com opções para alimentação após pequena caminhada. O transporte para Manhattan é muito prático, seja de ônibus ou pelo path. O anfitrião sempre muito disponível e disposto a ajudar! Cinco estrelas!

Wir waren zum zweiten mal bei Abel und Danny . Es war wieder super schön dort. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und um die Ecke fahren 3 Buslinien nach Manhatten. Parkplatz hatten wir am Haus. Danny und Abel waren immer gut zu erreichen und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen dank für die tolle Zeit die wir bei euch haben durften. Wir sehen uns sicher wieder . Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

Nice place close to places to eat, nice little coffee shop real close and easy walk to train that goes to New York.

Apartment was very clean and bright. Loved that it’s right on the boardwalk and we were able to walk to most places. Includes parking which is a plus.

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

This is my 4th time staying and every year new improvements are made. I enjoy my time at this location

Highly recommended!!!! This apartment is exactly like in photos. All the amenities, beautiful views, nice neighborhood, walkable area, super clean and organized, comfortable furniture and ideal design! Owner is super quick and gives answers right away!!! Always ready to help with anything!! This apartment was everything what we needed and more! We have been a family of 5 (fifth person was using a couch for sleeping but it was very comfortable). Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. One bedroom was master bedroom. Kitchen had all the appliances, dishwasher, big fridge, coffee machine with coffee, clothes washing machine and dryer, iron with the iron table, 2 hair dryers, lots of bed sheets, robes etc. the home design is perfect!! Full of nice decorations and even beautiful trees!!! We have not used pool and gym but it is available too. We also used a free parking for our car and it was very convenient! This apartment is 100/100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
