Apartment holiday rentals in New Shoreham

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

The outdoor space of the accommodation is beautiful—very calm and peaceful. With the GPS and Cathleen’s directions, it was very easy to find the place. The house is very well equipped—from the kitchen and bathroom to the living room—and the bed is super comfortable. It’s definitely worth staying for more than just one night, which unfortunately wasn’t possible for us. Cathleen’s parents are incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Patricia made us feel right at home. The apartment was lovely and an easy walk into town. My kids loved how close we were to Aldo’s and the animal farm. Block Island is meant to be explored and we were blessed with good weather, so we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but if it had rained, the space was big enough that we would be comfortable hanging out there. Coffee on the deck was a wonderful way to start the day. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels, and good WiFi. It was a perfect weekend getaway.

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

A wonderful place to stay. Ambrose offers everything that you need, with a personal touch and a beautiful yard. We will definitely return.

The property was exactly as described and the location was perfect for walking around. We walked everywhere downtown and it was easy to get Ubers if we were going anywhere a little further.

Clean, cute, and convenient. You are only about 10-15 minutes away from days worth of things to do around southern RI, but can go back there and rest in the quiet and comfort as of you live there away from all the noise for a very reasonable price for where you are and what you get. Her beautifully maintained flower garden was definitely an extra perk to make the place even cozier than it is and gave a wonderful smell when hanging out on the covered porch in the evenings. The apartment was even bigger than I thought it was going to be and was perfect for me and my fiancé to be able to spread out and relax. The apartment was incredibly cleaned and well maintained from front room to kitchen to bathroom to bedroom better than any hotel I’ve stayed at while still keeping that lived-in charm that makes it feel like home. Linens were crisp and clean and we loved the cleanliness and softness of the bed, was definitely great for weary legs lol 110/10 for this place! Will stay again!

Jane’s place was the perfect spot to relax while exploring the area. Her use of the space really impressed us. Great decor and everything you needed was there. Clean and cozy. Would stay again for sure!

John was a wonderful host - well prepared and very responsive! He took great care to provide somewhere we had everything we needed and more. it was a great place to stay and made for a great weekend!

Great place! The apartment was spotless and had so many thoughtful touches—a charging station with multiple cords, snacks, toiletries, stamps and postcards, even a couple of cannolis when we arrived. We were impressed. They were also super responsive and friendly throughout our stay and checkout was very easy.

Beautiful home, super comfortable and quiet. the island is small so nothing is that far, but it is still pretty close to one of the grocery stores. Hosts are super responsive. We had a lobster bake and there were enough pots and pans to cook & utensils, plates, cups to accommodate feeding family members in the main unit. The porch overlooks a pond and the ocean. It was so lovely to sit outside in the rocking chairs with a cup of coffee and watch the view. We had some small children, including a baby, with us & there were toys for the kids & lots of family games in the main unit. Everyone had a fantastic time. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever experienced

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

The house was wonderful - homey, comfortable, cozy, and great decor. The wood stove was awesome for the chilly evening. Kitchen very well equipped and up-to-date. Nice restaurants well within walking distance and a short drive to Montauk downtown. Only comment would be small bathroom, but it served us well.

I always enjoy my stay at the Well Appointed Pad! I have stayed at Michael's more times than I can count at this point. I travel to the area often to visit friends, be near the ocean, ride bikes and eat delicious food. This place is perfectly located a couple blocks from Westerly's downtown area. If you like to cook many of your meals, like I do, you'll find Michael's kitchen to be stocked with all the kitchen tools and small appliances you may need. I am not joking here. I've cooked in many restaurant kitchens. This is the place! If you happen to be a cycler, like me, there's an excellent bike shop less than a mile away with the most knowledgeable bike mechanic who knows all the best routes, short, long, hilly, flat, to the beach...everything. If you just want to chill, well Michael's place is also excellent for this! He's got chaises in the side yard, a backyard for drinks with friends, a porch with rocking chairs. It's perfect!

Place was gorgeous. Location perfect. Mattress perfect. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Room very stuffy, no moving air.We prefer open windows & temp was perfect but found the only 2 windows behind headboardhad no screens so that was out. 1 eve I had to open a bit, felt suffocating. We did use a/c couple of times & it works fine. T.V. stations do not have CC which is surprising. I verified the station & prgm, turned on cc from control but never worked. Can't watch t.v. without it. Not sure if the area stations or what. Not ADA compliant. Autumn was fantastic replying, at 1st. I did ask more Q as time got closer & she did have fam once & apologized about delay. However when asked about t.v. the response was something about it on the control & nothing more. Could be she isn't aware. Check in shows that I'm to contact her but she & I thought the code would come up when checkin time arrived so had to contact her a few x to get in door. Bathroom inner knob falling off. Scott loves the chair!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

Jeanne's place is lovely - cozy and inviting. Beautiful large windows surround the living room, everything was clean and she was quick to respond to any questions. The hot tub was a big plus with the weather being on the chillier side. Walking one minute down the road to the beach was ideal as well. Hope to be back soon

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian
